Silver Spring Cottage

I have been travelling to South India for 15 days and I reached Ooty yeah. Silver spring cottage as I thought I had not expected to be this good while booking because I couldn’t find reviews about the Silver Spring Cottage. This Silver Spring Cottage is located on Coonoor Road and only one kilometre from Main market. Rose garden is only 600 mtr. The property is new; rooms have wooden floor ; furniture is of rubber wood that is also fresh and room is super clean. Location and hygiene l give full marks. The only drawback ; this is a cottage and not a Silver Spring Cottage and that is why they don’t provide you towel and soap. And they don’t have restaurant. But Hotel staff can bring you food if you order. Service is very good. Staff is supportive in all sense. Overall an excellent and nice stay.

My stay at the Silver Spring Cottage was really very comforting. I liked the hospitality done by the staff there. Both rakesh and shiva were very helping and helped us out with everything small thing. The accomodation is also good and budget friendly. We extended our stay at there Silver Spring Cottage because of their good services. These peeps are service oriented and not just money minded like other places there. However wifi is one of the drawbacks of this place.

The stay was excellent at silver spring cottage, ooty. The staff were highly cooperative and kind to render any kind of service timely. The locality of the cottage being near to all accessebility it is easily connectable by any mode. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

All the staff members are very helpful. Especially the owner receives our call immediately and provides what we ask for. Kitchen area, hall and the rooms are neat. I would recommend and stay in this property the next time i visit ooty.

The Silver Spring Cottage is very neat and clean. It's a great budget Silver Spring Cottage. The room and the toilet was clean with 24/7 hot water. Shiva who was there in the reception was very welcoming and courteous and helpful.

It was a very good stay. The room was nice and cozy. My 5.5 month old enjoyed her stay as well. The staff were very helpful too. If I come back to Ooty again, this will be the Silver Spring Cottage I will choose to stay for sure.

Property was located nearby to the main road and didn’t find very difficult to reach there. Although they don’t have restaurant, but you can swiggy zomato your food. Also, they can help you to get your food.

Its a homestay kind of inn, rooms are new excellent. Getting water. All good quality cupboards. Room service and restaurant not available which is ok. Overall its good experience.

Stay was good with silver spring cottages, but rooms were not much spacious and not like as seen or while booking. This was the only issue i face. Rest all is ok.

Room was well cleaned and receptionist boy is very friendly. If we need food he will bring otherwise we can make an order through online
