as they have mention on arriving they are providing welcome drink which was not provided by them and after charging so much rent they have not included breakfast which was very bad

The property is located very near to the city center. The food was delicious and the service was good. The staff were very cooperative and informative. The property comes with a clean swimming pool. The Look and ambience of the hotel and rooms are really spacious, clean and neat. It's really safe for family with children and couples to stay.

I had an outstanding experience at Silver crest Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. Amenities like the pool, and dining options exceeded expectations. The location was also perfect for both relaxation and exploring nearby attractions. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – every team member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Location, Staff, Food Quality at Dinner and at Breakfast are awesome and incomparable. Neat & Clean, centrally located and beside Navras, All staff are well behaved, Authentic and delicious food preparation. Overall Excellent stay. we recently stayed at silvercrest thekkady and had a very pleasant experience. the place is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable accommodations. the pool was a highlight—refreshing and well-kept. the service was also commendable, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our stay. overall, silvercrest thekkady is a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Resort is clean and heigenic but does not has any activities or view food is also average staff are polite

Good location, breakfast was ok. Lunch not available, dinner on order only. Room was clean, but ours was far from the entrance, a long walk to the second group of villas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for a night. The hotel is in the busy township. Not very suitable for the people who prefer to holiday with nature. Staff here are quite cooperative. They could arrange for a jeep ride throe the jungle which was a memorable one.

Room was very clean and other amenities were also comfortable. Not enough parking space. Breakfast was not upto mark.

Electric kettle was broken. On asking for water no water bottle was provided (not available in the hotel. Taps were broken and toilet was not up to the standard. Definitely a no go hotel for the stated price.

Silver crest is a great resort with excellent pool and big rooms with great facility and service

Location was good but property seems deteriorate. We had found that all eletric plugs was damaged that is unsafe apart there were not enough lighting arrangement in room.
