SimpleNsmart Living | Entire 2 BHK Apartment

Beginning from the location, it was quite far from hotspots of Varanasi, about 5kms from Kashi Vishwanath temple! Also being a remote location, it takes time for ola, uber or any delivery services to reach the location. When I first reached the location, it was raining and too dark to even notice the apartment, but the owner was able to guide us throughout our stay, and made sure we didn't have any trouble, though he does not live in the same city, he had appointed a care taker for the same. After reaching the location, and unlocking the key from a unique locker type system, the keys didn't work for room 402. We had to wait for a bit before the caretaker arrived and helped us out with a new room key, though we changed the room to not have any trouble later. The flat was decent with basic amenities like fridge and AC in the room. Also it had a inverter, so electricity cut off, which was quite frequent, isn't a problem there. We were also provided with cutlery to have food (food is not included) and a cloth stand. Rooms were of decent size and can easily fit in 4 people in 2 rooms. Extra 2 mattresses are also provided to fit a total of 6 people, though only 1 room had space to accommodate the mattress. Overall it was an average stay, with decent amenities. We used to travel all day and return to just sleep and follow the same routine the next day.

Everything was excellent. It never felt like we were in a homestay and not at home. Specially the landlord's behavior and cooperation was fascinating.

Very nice and clean apartment in a very quiet area. I was visiting varanasi with two small kids so i needed a bigger space than a hotel room can provide. The owner of the apartment was so nice and soft spoken. Place was clean and full of items one can need an actually an home. Had a wonderful time.

I stayed in this apartment during a trip to varanasi with my cousins. The apartment is 3-4 kms away from kashi vishwanath temple in a decent society. The apartment was clean and spacious with all facilities such as ac, heater, geyser, kitchen with cutleries and cooking range, ro water purifier. Bathrooms and surroundings were clean as well.

Very excellent stay, kabhi laga hi nahi ki mai apna hometown se bahar hu. Aisa laga ki ghar par hi hu. Aaramdayak stay. I love this property. Thanks make my trip apne baht badiya naam suggest kiya. M

Owner prem ji very good person, they will arrange cabs and auto very reasonable price and apartment also good, food you can cook or order online sites, walking distance available all things

Place is dirty

The place was well maintained with all amenities working and staff support was excellent. Totally loved the stay there.

2 bhk with clean rooms and toilets, great stay for group and family. Ola/uber service for traveling, swiggy/zomato for food.

The stay was good. The place is located in a very quiter place and the stay provided is very clean. Overall a great experience.

1. We had a two night stay for 2bhk & it was a really nice stay. Neat & tidy rooms enabled power back up. A quite and gated residential place, but property is little far from the main road and had to walk almost around 1km to reach to the main road to get any vehicle. It’s a problem specifically for families having senior citizens and small kids. 2. Tv setup boxes for both rooms were not recharged as the connection was deactivated a long time ago, informed caretaker about it on the day we checked in. And problem was not resolved till we left. 3. Ac of one bedroom having a water leakage inside the room. 4. Area is surrounded by monkeys but don’t need to be scared as property is well covered by grills for protection. However, you need to be little careful when you go out & should not carry any food items openly. 5. Didn’t find any near by restaurant. Nearest restaurant was about 1km. So, either walk or order food from swiggy or zomato. I preferred ordering & had a good luck to get the good food.

Stay was average. Bathroom toilet jets not aligned and fitted properly. The property location is not customer friendly with proper landmarks. We had to waste close to 1hr searching for the property. Location was also not properly pinned in google map. There was no cook to assist with us even for small things like tea. Despite booking for 12 persons, the beds, pillows, bedsheets were available for only 10. Owner and caretaker need to be more attentive.

Property is good, neat and clean. Amenities are provided as mentioned in details. It’s 1-2 kms from market so if you have vehicle it’s easy for you.

We stayed at the apartment with family for visiting Varanasi Kashi Temple. The stay was good. The place was calm and residential zone. Very quiet area. But it's a bit on the remote side. Accessibility is a slight concern as well. The temple is at around 6 KM from the stay. You will get e-rikshaws but will charge you around ₹200-₹300 to the mandir. Regarding the stay, there was no dining table provided, which was pathetic and a great drawback. No refreshments as well. The bed linen could have been far better. There are a lot of stray dogs out there, though they are harmless. Overall cleanliness of the place could have been much better. For food, you can depend on swiggy or zomato. They deliver to the point.

The apartment is spacious and in a good location but lacks basic amenities like there were no toiletries available in the washroom like hand wash or tissues. There are no shops in and around 2 kms from the place. Also the check in process is diy kind of thing where no one comes to help you to check in. Best part is if you are carrying a pet the place is convenient as there is zero interference. Toilets are not very clean.
