Had a very horrible experience. Room were really bad with some weird smell and someone kept constantly knocking on the door full time

My stay at Hotel Simsan turned out to be a disappointing experience. The property looks quite old and poorly maintained. The check-in process took nearly 30 minutes, which was frustrating. The room was not properly maintained and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Room was very dirty, couldn’t breathe. Bed sheets, blankets and towels were stained and stinky

My stay at the property was excellent. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all essential facilities provided. The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a good variety. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this property for both leisure and business stays.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. We were kept standing at reception for a long time while they were busy with their own issues. At check-in, they assured me the stay was for 24 hours, but the next morning at 11 AM, they started banging on the door and pressuring us to check out early. In the rush, I accidentally left my wristwatch behind. I called the hotel within an hour, but when I returned, they flatly denied finding it and refused to even let me check the room. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for basic courtesy or integrity.

During my recent stay at, I found the property to be in an unhygienic and unacceptable condition: Severe pest issues – Multiple mosquitoes and cockroaches observed in the room. Poor washroom condition – Taps in the washroom were rusted; no water supply from the wash basin tap. Room downgrade – When I reported the water issue, instead of fixing it, the hotel downgraded my room. Dust-laden bedding – Bedsheets were covered in dust, which triggered an allergic reaction. GST invoice dispute – At the time of booking, I provided GST details and was assured of receiving a GST invoice. During checkout, the receptionist refused to issue it, leading to an argument. The invoice was finally issued only after interventio The above issues reflect poor hygiene standards, lack of maintenance, and inadequate guest service.

I’m broke, but this hotel was perfect. Clean room, comfy bed, and super friendly staff. Affordable and safe, with free Wi-Fi. Not fancy, but exactly what I needed. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"
