SINGANAMA FARM RESORT

Booking- We had 18 family members including kids and looking for a nice resort at optimal rates. Singanama really lived upto our expectations. We stayed there on 22nd and 23rd Dec 2023 (2 nights). The resort was as real as seen in pics. The rooms were also sizeable. Cancellation policy allows you to perform adjustments. Check-in Experience- Hassle free check-in. The caretaker allowed family members to get into the room while tour leaders were completing the formalities. There could be a welcome drink or something for a large group, which will enhance the experience. Premises- This is 20 km before Pachmarhi town. On one side, it is advantageous as you are really in the midst of nature. On other side, you must have own vehicle to move further. Rooms were neat and clean. Ample open space for car parking. There are two blocks of rooms at some distance. So two large families can be accommodated easily. Rooms have rear balcony, making them more airy. Extra bed can be easily accommodated and still leaves sufficient space to move around. Separate table and additional chairs make it possible to converge more people in single room for chit-chat. AC was there, but we didn’t use it due to cold weather. Minor repair works are needed, especially in bathrooms. Also, the management was agile enough to arrange for hot water through buckets from outside, when the solar system was not functioning properly. The owner is looking for fitting geysers in all bathrooms to make it more comfortable. There is a separate sit-out area for bon-fire. It was amazing. The property can make it more enjoyable by putting comfort chairs. Also, the area can be little bigger for bon-fire. The walking space between restaurant and rooms is an open area. There were ducks moving around, making the entrance to restaurant quite dirty. The owner got it sorted by cleaning and moving the ducks elsewhere. The restaurant ambience can be improved further. There are simple tables and chairs. However, the food quality is awesome, probably the best I have got after moving around so many places in India. The taste was awesome despite adding less masala and spices. Also, the staff is very diligent in providing all the needed stuff. We even enjoyed simple meals like Kadhi-Khichadi and Papad. This is more of a vegetarian restaurant. For non-veg lovers, please check with property before enrolling. The morning tea was served on demand in various rooms, hot and refreshing. Also, breakfast quality was good, even though there were only two items (e.g. Paratha and Poha, Poori-Bhaji and Sandwich, etc.). Those can be increased as people come with mindset of choices between multiple items. Checkout experience- Again a nice hassle free event. They had kept all bills ready. We checked and found that only what was ordered was billed properly. No hidden charges. Overall- The resort is nice. The staff is very committed and strives to give the best service. We hardly heard or experienced a “no” at any point during the entire say. Dilip (staff head), Raj (support staff), Kailash (the cook), other support staff, all led by Satpal Ji really take efforts to make stay enjoyable. Overall, we would rate this 4 out of 5 😊.

Singanama, a farm stay/ resort is situated few kilometres short of pachmarhi hill station. Located at serene location, it provides a beautiful view around. Lush green lawns on all sides (maint reqd) gives you a natural vibe. The staff takes care of you in the good manner possible, however at times services are delayed and limited. Don't expect a five star SINGANAMA FARM RESORT's hospitality, but what it provides sufficed our requirement. We stayed there as it permitted our pet dog on the property, for pet owners it's a good choice. Food had limited options but was of good taste n presentation. Need little more lead time for preparation, so one need to call in advance. Room was sufficiently clean and sanitised. Faced few power cuts but not much a problem since you don't feel hot being at foothills. Overall a good stay for us and our pet. Just a word of advice, pachmarhi town is about 30-40 mins away. But i bl v that's not a problem if your stay is good.

I have get comfortable space during the stay in resorts, seriously sucha lovely place for their stay and enjoy your weekend, holiday, ..also such a lovely heals station for living.. I had Lots of enjoyment with my family such a great weekend thankyou for service....👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent staff service excellent peaceful and beautiful natural area very good food (serving fresh food ) spacious and beautiful rooms wifi available with medium speed far away distance from panchmarhi. Overall experience 5 out of 5.

From service side it was one of the best till date i have experienced. Specially mr sandeep and other staff was very polite and helpful. Delicious food. Overall very good experience and also recommend for family trip.

The resort was amazingly beautiful but the food was a bit expensive. About 5-6 pieces of chopped cucumber were rs 50.

Resort is perfect stay. Service is excellent. Staff is very cooperative. Food is tasty. Overall experience is outstanding

Location is absolutely good right within the arms of nature. Food is also good. Amenities are good. Services are really good giving no chance of any complaint.
