Single rooms at nila stay is ideal for people having visits near to kazhakuttam & menamkulam. Inside kazhakuttam market, bus stop, near to aj hospital etc. Small, but clean room. There is no caretaker on premise but have an indigenous way to provide service! value for money, don't expect any fancy stuff

The room is very good, its clean and well maintained. The check in was very easy and the person (vijesh) who is in charge for nil a stays aleays available in phone for any assistance

Property besides the main road and junction. No food facility here but will get everything nearby only. The owner will allow early check in if available, i came around 8am

Really good for single stay. Just opposite to kazhakkottam bus stand. New property, no care taker available in the property, security available for the building

Room and location is ok but no car parking option available inside the property, can park on the road side in front of the building. Rate is affordable
