There are leakages in the room and no action taken against it

Service is horrible. I ordered lunch at 3 o'clock but got served in room at 5 o'clock. When I called room service then, they said that they are checking and after that no body was picking up the call and then I called manager 5 times but even manager is not responding to my call. The property is absolutely amazing but the staff and service is horrible. I do not recommend any one to stay here. In one word, my horrible experience of life.

The stay was quite good. The room was quite comfortable and the washroom was fine and was equipped with all the facilities needed. This was a value for money stay.

The rooms are good and the location is also nice. The stay was Worth the money.

Highway hotel with very spacious rooms and courteous staff. The food is really good.

Room was neat and clean as well as food was up to the mark.

It's a good place to stay on the main highway the place is well maintained and has the outdoor eating facility and a garden with a bar I never expected such a good hotel in this small city the rooms are spacious and clean with tea maker refrigerator in the room. However, they don't have a full set of toiletries e.g shaving and toothbrush you should buy as they cannot get it from the market as its far. Major disappointment and caution for fellow travellers not to follow the location map on your voucher it will lead you to bus stand of Pali which is approx 40 km from the hotel, so please make a note of it.
