Our stay at sir i natures valley resort was truly exceptional - a perfect luxurious accommodations, breathtaking scenery, and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with a warm smile. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. The food was excellent with fresh local ingredients beautifully presented dishes. The resort's facilities were top-notch. Best games for kids, adults to freak out. Best place for couples, family, for business, what not!

"I had an exceptional experience at Siri Nature's valley resort - the service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the quality of the product/service exceeded my expectation. The food was absolutely delicious! the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The room was very neat & clean with hygienic . We enjoyed a lot in Amusement park. And we'll definitely visit again.

However, on my second visit, everything changed. The service had improved significantly, and the resort had clearly made efforts to enhance the guest experience. The staff were friendly, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was much more welcoming and comfortable. I left the resort fully satisfied and happy with my stay, and it definitely redeemed my previous experience. Overall, while my first visit was disappointing, the second visit was a great success, and I would recommend giving this resort another chance if you're considering it.

We booked two rooms, as you can see in our booking details. Becoz if transport issue we reached late that also we inform management team in hotel, night 11 when we reached first they are deny to giving room then they are giving us one room with two beds and one washroom when we call customer they are giving us 1 bhk room that is also not in good condition

Except pools, remaining is good

The food is good and breakfast is limited to just idly, wada, pongal. Better add more items to complimentary breakfast room is nice and it has private small pool. But the pool mintainance is not good. Lot of bugs or insects in almost every pool. Not properly cleaned. I stopped entering pool because of the bugs. This is first time i see lot of bugs or insects in pools. Water rides and normal activities are good. Good thing is they provide water bottles every where and they don't charge it. Evening snacks and dinner is good
