Siva Residency

This is good looking and luxurious Siva Residency that you can find. The services are also good and maintenance were good. And the main thing is there we can have very good atmosphere compare to any other Siva Residency for the climate. You can choose this.
This Siva Residency is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to cleaning staff. The foyer is always clean and offers free apples and papers. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is exceptional with a great wine list to match. Even when there is several functions on at the same time there is plenty of parking available. Room service is quick and efficient with the food always arriving hot. I highly recommend this Siva Residency to both business and traveling guests.

The overall experience with Siva Residency is good. The location is slightly inside from main road. Regarding service, they are not providing lunch to the guests, either has to be ordered from outside or to go outside. And for every service needs to be followed up number of times. With respect to TV channels, my regional language Telugu channels are not subscribed by the Siva Residency. Out of two rooms booked by me, they have not provided TV remote for one room, even after many reminders also. I stayed for two days in two rooms, they have not provided sufficient toiletries (Shampoo/ oils etc) / towels even on request also. They have one cab but don't have alternate driver to take the needs of the customers in case the permanent driver is absent for duties.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. We were upgraded to a suite, how lovely! It had a Bath and I was given more Bath bubbles on request. We were always given a warm welcome when we were coming and going. During breakfast, the staff could not have been more helpful and there was even MARMITE offered as a spread! I ordered pancakes, my partner ordered an omelette to his liking and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We even got a little chocolate cake with 'bon voyage' on our last day. We had a spa treatment and this was also professional and luxurious. I live in Vellore and yet I left coimbatore feeling like I had been on a vacation!

During my course of business travel I had been to lot of countries within the Asia Pacific Region and I had stayed in all star Siva Residencys. But within India my stay was choice based with respect to my privacy, cleanliness & Budget. So considering all these aspects I really like my recent stay at Siva Residency. I really felt that I am staying in my home and sleeping in my bedroom. And the food was also so tasty and felt like eating at my home taste in par with my mothers preparation. And especially the staff were so friendly and very caring.

Excellent and very clean premises. Very happy to stay here. Very much value for the money you given except one thing . While the check in time, if the Siva Residency people give you any offer through verbal, such as free complimentary breakfast, you have to insist them to write down in the check in foam, otherwise it will be charged by them at the time of check out and you will become fool. I experienced this during my stay there. It is not a good habit to such a good Siva Residency like this. Overall the stay there was very nice.

Our stay was good. However, Make My Trip could have reduced our charges at the time of booking by booking one room and not two rooms. Complimentary breakfast and dinner was available to us from the Siva Residency. Airport drop service was also available to us by paying Rs. 100 only. Coimbatore is a nice place in Tamil Nadu. One should visit the city, since it has got good roads and one can go to visit Ooty. One should know that only vegetarian food is supplied by the Siva Residency.

We had a one day stay with family. Clean rooms and bathrooms, responsive staff and courteous kitchen staff. No attached restaurant, but the service apartment appointed kitchen gets you basic, hygienic and good food. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and the cleanliness. Had no issues at check-in. If you in Coimbatore for a short day or two and don't have much hassles about location and have your own vehicle, then this place is definitely recommended.

People of the Siva Residency are cooperative

Good food and clean rooms. Good quality food with South Indian breakfast and dinner. No disturbances with home like atmosphere.

Awesome rooms comfortable stay

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The location of the apartment is little inside but close to Avinashi Road. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is also good and the service is excellent. Overall it is a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Spa residency is located in a residential area and its a very peaceful place. We reached the Siva Residency very late and we were feeling very hungry. Even though it was a midnight they prepared bread toast for us. Thanks to the team.
