Perfect clean Rooms beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Sivarajaa Residency | Rooms in a Homestay. Everything about the Sivarajaa Residency | Rooms in a Homestay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Stay was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Deluxe room was spacious but has queen size bed. Bathroom was also clean and big. Parking was also available. Only thing which is dont like is the hot water has particular timings and if you want it after 10 am you need to request the staff. Also the deluxe room and other type room are in different building, one is behind of other. So they have stairs which connect both buildings from rooftop.

Room was neat and clean, but little small enough for a small family. Stayed in 4th floor and view was quite okay. There are no restaurent with Sivarajaa Residency | Rooms in a Homestay but a small pantry for hot beverages. Nearby good Sivarajaa Residency | Rooms in a Homestays are there for food so no issue. Parking space is small and may be 4, 5 cars can park. No reseption of wi fi in top floors.

Location is good, near by preethi and durga restaurant are providing tradition food. Hotel manager vinoth is very nice and excellent service. Arranging foods very easily from outside as restaurant is not available. Recommended for ooty tour

Room and bathroom are neat and clean. Only one thing is to dissatisfy is hot water. Its not that much hot for ooty climate. Otherwise all good. Its easy to reach the destination.

Location is good. Food was good as we were mostly vegetarian group. Do not take backside rooms which are not maintained. Ask for front side room which are in good conditions
