Regarding your request to cancel one of the two rooms, it was made at the last minute, and unfortunately, as per our booking policy, we were unable to process the cancellation at that time. Our parking facility is located about 300 meters from the residency, and since you arrived around 11 PM, the parking area was closed between 10 PM and 5 AM.
