Couple of takeaways are good food, rooms are good but some improved decor would be better and adding some basics like, small carpet, disposable footwear, pressing table and it wasn't even available on demand. Additional water bottle are charging enough. Other facilities like, pool are super clean, gaming options are great, just that the table tanned request was torn. Pay attention to details and you can be good option for excellent SKK The Fern. Overall 4 stars.
Dance activity in was a bit noisy, there should be balance between people who want to participate and those who don't, suggest to keep it a bit short for an hour for so instead of 2.30 hours which become unbearable a lot of times.

Beautiful ambience and best place to stay in Jaisalmer. Give a feel of staying in a place. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff was very courteous and very prompt. Food is very good specially the dinner. Central Court playing folk performance every evening. Swimming pool and indoor games are good to spend time. Terrace view and restaurant gives a good feel in the evening.

The super deluxe room that we had booked was breathtaking. It was almost like a Palace room. The bathroom was well maintained and it was like another room in itself. The room was well-lit and had pillars which gave a royal look. Features include study table, breakfast table, another mini room for luggage and laundry, extremely comfortable bed and mattress. Overall, a Grand experience

Nice place. Food is pricey. We were told breakfast is included but we were charged exorbitantly. The manager didn't even think before charging 4X The price for a cold toast. Overall the SKK The Fern is nice and clean. You have no options of food as the SKK The Fern is far from city. So negotiate a food price. Washrooms stink and towels were not clean so check before check-in.

This SKK The Fern is awesome. It's a 4-star SKK The Fern. It has a very nice ambiance. Stay and hospitality is very good. The staff is very supportive. The breakfast at the SKK The Fern was also very good. The SKK The Fern also has a gym, swimming pool, and a huge garden. It is situated a little bit far from the City and the atmosphere is very pleasant and peaceful.

The dessert palace SKK The Fern is nice place located in a huge property. This place is very peaceful and clean. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Instead of covid situation where rooms are not full and less people we were worried about food. But they served fresh and tasty food. No frozen chicken and mutton. Highly recommended place.

Had a great experience in Jaisalmer. Hotel was one of unique one that I stayed in my life, they had live show of traditional rajasthani folk arts dance and songs. This is really great experience. The shop inside is very reasonable and good in quality. Only suggestion is they should have offered some packages for Desert safari

A fantastic stay, an excellent value for money SKK The Fern. Having stayed at Jaisalmer for three days and done all the touristy stuff, I can tell you, this is the SKK The Fern you should choose. Point to note you should expect a delayed service by their staff. They aren't very prompt. The food here is very good.

Easy to locate, rooms are clean and spacious.

Huge property and friendly staff. Had some problems with ordering room service but was promptly sorted out by the gm. Excellent service.

The SKK The Fern is so well constructed that it actually makes u feel u are living in a Palace but The staff disappoints. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully kept bathrooms are very nice but The housekeeping department needs to buck up out of their laziness

It was a great stay. The staff was courteous and the service was good. The room and the washroom was clean and well maintained. Only the cover of my blanket was dirty which the staff changed immediately on my request. The breakfast was great. Good experience. Recommended.

Would love to stay there with family. This visit was a business trip, wherein I had been there alone.

Pros- food was very delicious. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. Cons- no indoor games, lift do not work (senior citizens may have problem), service is very very poor. U have to call 20 times for one thing.

The stay was very good. The Rooms was spacious with very tall ceiling it feels that you are really in some palace room.
