It was a pleasant stay. The staff were all surprisingly helpful and polite. Would recommend for solo traveler.

It was worth it for the money and the room was clean and neat. They provide 24 hrs of hot water in the bathroom. AC Flow was good in the room and overall best stay near Central Railway Station.

Great value for money stay near Helsinki station, location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well."

Bedsheet and blanket were not cleaned. It had some kind of stains on it. Wifi was not working on the day we went but solved the issue on next day. Many mosquitoes were inside the room, even goodnight was not provided so I had to ask them for that. Moreover the room is very different from which it is shown in the pics. I will give 1 out of 5 for this room.

This is not what i expected. The hotel room are very small and not value for money. I paid tax for such a small room. 1) rooms are very small 2)break fast is arranged from some food joint from outside. Poor quality. No tea included in brkfast. 3) first night they didn't have an extra blanket to give. 4) room full of mosquitoes.

Worst hotel. Terrible in all aspects. Location nearby chennai central station. No restaurant and other facilities there. Only stay @ hotel.

For all the points it’s really poor. Location worst food bringing some parcel from outside amenities nothing clearly zero services nothing mineral water on chargeable basis bed sheets with full stain marks full of mosquitos any way will never ever book this hotel in future

Ac water leakage, not working properly. 0 ventilation, as smoking was allowed in the premises, room was filled with small. Breakfast tasted was bad. Basically not hygiene

The overall stay was good. The management was good and fast. The rooms are comfortable and found hot and cold water in washrooms. The overall experience staying over there was very good. The lighting and ac works properly. The only flaw was tv was not working. Otherwise a good experience. Thank you

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a short stay because of the services provided, co-operative staff and the compact room was well maintained with good mattress, wardrobe, ac, clean bathroom and hot water. Some dirt on the walls should be cleaned on a timely basis.

Hotel is located near to central metro, railway and bus station, Rooms are clean & hygienic,bathrooms are clean ,room services are prompt , free wifi, Restaurants very near to hotel, good room services

Hotel is located at walkable distance from chennai central railway station & bus station. Veg & nonveg restaurants are very adjacent to hotel, room services are prompt and excellent, rooms are clean &hygienic, bathrooms are clean, spacious, hot water facility 24, hrs, good functioning ac, tv, free wifi, electric kettle served, food is served from other restaurants, but restaurants are just outside the hotel.

The place is very close to central. Nice person budget hotel with excellent service. Owner hotel is kind man

Near the chennai central metro station, local train station, restaurants, ooto all available very near the residency we like and enjoyed two days. Thank you skim residency.

Room was in ground floor having a window without any safety. Exhaust fan in toilet not working. This room is not at all like mmt assured. The value of room is so much high according to room size. Room no. G3.
