Hello team, below are the issues that we were faced 1. Swimming pool not in working condition. 2. Hand towels are not available. 3. Linen is not clean. 4. Rooms have dirty smells. 5. Restaurant is not working. 6. Shower in bad condition. 7. Intercom is not working. 8. Breakfast is coming from outside in small packets.

it was very difficult to locate the hotel as no sign was shown in front. the lady receptionist was extremely lethargic sharing any information. the entire hotel premises was unclean, service was slow, and the restaurant was closed! no intercom. it was smelly!

the staff was not at all cooperative in addition to that there was no room maintenance service. the room were of very poor quality, bathrooms were dirty and bed had stains of oil. not at all recommended .

Rooms were not clean , bugs everywhere. No hot water in bathroom, no amenities,and the pool is not maintained. Property isn't maintained as shown in pictures. Don't be fooled by pictures. Complimentary breakfast is for name sake.

Property is little bit old but they’re maintaining it well. But I personally feels like for the price point, I could see that pillow is in Worst state and they’re covering it up with cover in it. Maintaining bedsheet, pillow is mandatory when compared to overall look of resort. Pools are clean and WiFi is good. Overall good stay!

Disappointing Experience- Food was good, but everything else needs serious improvement. Poor service (no water at 5AM, unhelpful staff), no parking, and we had to ask for even basic amenities like handwash. Only two small bottles of water are provided daily for two people, and extra water is chargeable. No bell boy at arrival—we carried our own bags. Would not recommend for a comfortable stay.

staff was very co-operative they changed room as per our request. But the property it self is very old and Dirty, pool was full of dirt in it and Rooms was smelling smokey... Bathroom wares are stinky... Bedding was not washed smelling and Hair on it... overall not worth in price.
