We stayed here for one night, experienced terrible worst stay. Not provided towel, soap, no hot water, tv not working, calling on reception no one pick, worst experience i get in my life.

Terrible Stay

Staff was not supportive and service was also bad, drinking water was not keep in room, and service was very poor i had booked by going to the hotel itself, the room which was shown before booking was not given to me. Housekeeping service was very poor room was not properly cleaned and room amenities was not in room, nobody responsible for that all. It was very bad

Room was not cleaning properly and washroom also not cleaned. No washroom amenities is there bed linen no changed. i not happy with this stay

Sir as I found issue I cleared on the spot . As you booked deluxe 2 rooms for you family and you didn’t booked extra matters. But I upgraded your room for you mother and father and I provided extra mattress for you kids . Still I apologise. Sorry for inconvenience.

The personnel was outstanding, and the accommodations were spotless and quite comfy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Anyone travel-ling through town should stay at this hotel, in my opinion. The hotel's location was also excellent.

Excellent Stay

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. The location of the hotel was also good.

I found this hotel with great deal. Location is near mall and highway. Ample parking. Room was neat & clean. Staff behavior is so humble.
