Skyotel

I stayed at the Skyotel for 3 nights. This is a good budget Skyotel for a comfortable stay. The room was fine considering it is a budget Skyotel and also the toilet upkeep. Food was good. The room service was okay because you can't be so demanding in a budget Skyotel. Towels and linen are not of quality. The Skyotel should provide better quality towels and the bed linen.

Room was spacious and clean. It was maintained well and tidy enough. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is at the centre hazratganj is just 2 km away and gomtinagar is also 2 km away. Since ola and uber are available transportation is not issue. I will definitely recommend for anyone would like to stay in lucknow for couple of days.

Hotel was well maintained, rooms were clean and staff was supportively. The only issue i had was with the receptionist, she was very rude. She said no to almost everything i asked. One example - i asked her for a tea bag, she declined and said we don’t provide extra tea bags in room. The food was very costly and they don’t allow outside food.

The room service in this Skyotel deserves to be appreciated. Any task you ask is done as soon as possible by the great crew of the Skyotel. It was quite clean with quite fast check-in and check-out. Cleanliness was also at its best and did not face any issue during my stay. After the stay, one can say that the money was well spent.

I had booked the stay for my parents. Everything was nice. Specially the breakfast. There was a lot of variety and taste was also good. Room and washroom were clean. Location was one thing which was not great. However it was not an issue. Overall, i would recommend the property as i found it value for money.

Great location, away from city noise and hustle bustle. Rooms are small but nicely furnished. Cleaning and hygiene maintained throughout the Skyotel including lobby, rooms and dining. Food room service little bit costly, but great service. Staffs are well groomed and ready to help.

The Skyotel has the most dedicate and well-mannered staff. The room was the highlight of my stay as it was very nice and comfortable and is equipped with all the facilities that they promised us. The location is very prime and the hygiene and the security are satisfactory.

Skyotel is located in decent locality. The rooms were large and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and the manager was keen to make our stay memorable. We spent a day in local sightseeing and shopping. We will remember our wonderful trip thanks to skyotel.

Best Skyotel with beautiful location

I really loved the experience of staying in this Skyotel. The staff was very cooperative and i had a very pleasant time stay here.

Smooth checkin and checkout, staff, hygiene makes overall stay experience pretty good. Above all room services provided are good.

I stayed in Skyotel that's nearest to malls and markets. All office are nearby. That's easy to go anywhere in city.

Good experience. Great room service. Nice food. Good rooftop and other amenities. Dedicated parking sapce. Outside food allowed as well.

Hotel location is in a quiet neighborhood. Approach is straight forward. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. Food is good but expensive. It should be looked at.
