The host was very welcoming and received us well, which we really appreciated. The surroundings and the view from the place were beautiful, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good and added a nice touch to our stay. However, the room itself was not well maintained. The floor felt sticky, and the bedspread did not appear clean, which affected our comfort. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and room upkeep, this place could be a much better experience overall

One of the worst places to stay in vyathri . Let me start with the rooms first . We had booked 2 suite rooms . In both the rooms the basic hygiene factors were not taken care of . In one room the jet spray was not working and inspite of repeated request they never changed it . Imagine staying in a property for 3 nights with your hard earned money and basic amenities like jet Spray also not working . The other room sofa was full of moss and looked like they have not been cleaned for ages . The fan in the living room was also not working . Same like the 1st room the complaint was never attended . If you finish the water bottle they give you on the 1st day you are on your own post that . No one will respond to your calls or come down to serve even a water bottle . Overall it’s one of the worst places you can stay . If you want your weekend or trip to be spoiled , please feel free to book the property . Else please avoid . And trust me this will be the most genuine and uncut review the place can ever have . Zero service zero maintenance. Even the doors don’t lock properly and if they lock there is no guarantee they will open again.

Not worth for the rate. No basic amenities at the room. Very low maintenance and the road to the place is very pathetic.

The property is nice and we enjoyed a lot especially pool time and all , They need some care in basic necessity like no hot water in room , only a small piece of bath towel provided, no dental kit etc . Also breakfast is average with limited dishes compared to other properties.

A satisfactory stay with an average complimentary breakfast. Good value for the money spent, with commendable room service, staff attitude, and service mentality. The bridge area provides a pleasant view, and the property, despite being fully accommodated on christmas day, delivered a worthwhile experience. The room cleanliness consistently met expectations, but it may not cater to premium seekers.

It was good experience. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Service is good but their is power issue, keep on flapping and also their is no more entertainment, only swimming pool available no other entertaintments

Overall the experience was notvso good with skyway stays and makemytrip on this time. There was no room service plus restaurant have only few items to serve whereas in mmt the reviews was very good. It really disappointed us. When we raise a complaint in mmt again there has no proper response. With this i don’t know what kind of customer care mmt have. I definitely think twice before booking anything in mmt.

Food was good and staff service was excellent amenities are not provided as they advertised and location were not like we expected its ok ok feels

5. Beautiful scenery among-st nature. Supporting staff. Great romantic view. Full privacy with no wi-fi. Food is average.

Overall experience was good. Customer friendly staff members. Ready to serve their level best.

Poor location. Rate is too high compare with nearest resorts. Pool is not higenic balcony views are terrible

Lovely host, neat and clean room with a good view from balcony, special credit goes to ever smiling shahjan who is always on his toes to assist you. There may be one or two rooms where views are obstructed but probably it will be the last room they will offer you during a high occupancy period. The swimming pool is small but clean. Another plus point is close proximity to pookode lake and muddy boot zip-line definitely recommended for stay.
