Booked the hotel based on customer but my experience was really bad

The check in experience was good. I upgraded my booking with paying extra for a room with a balcony and a larger size but there was no room available with the balcony. We stayed in the normal room. Asked the floor staff to replace the mat as it was wet but it was not done. Asked for two cups of tea but he gave 4 and charged for Rs. 100. Really worst experience 😭
