I checked in to the SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore and it was seamless during my check in and enquired about extending my stay they said its possible and they accepted the same price. As i mentioned the rooms were clean and airy. Since the SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore doesn’t have any restaurant they have some tie up with a local SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore from where we can order the food. I did ordered my dinner and it got delivered to my room and i checked the bill they mentioned extra charges for packing and service charge when i asked about it they said it’s common. After that i found that there is no table or place to have my food in the room. Some how i managed and had my food (food taste is average only) next day i went to reception and mentioned about my concerns about having food in the room and the delivery service charges. They responded me back rudely stating that it’s my mistake not to look at the photos of the room. I replied back how on earth someone would notice that in that photo? they started defending and i asked them why you have a tie up with a SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore for food if they gonna deliver with all these charges, if that’s the case i have my own choice and book from whatever SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore i need to have my food through some food delivery app. They said i can have my food in their dining room or i should have asked them. When i’m having the conversation a person came in introduced himself as the owner of the SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore and i escalated the issue and he said sorry, in a casual manner and not concerned about his employee behaviour. After sometime i went to the receptionist and told him that i need to extend my stay he said i can do but the price he quoted is almost 50% from whatever i paid perviously when i asked he is not in a mood to give me response and told me that’s the price. I turned down and booked some other SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore. Overall it’s a very bad experience and i will not recommend this SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore specially for their behaviour. Also there is no near by shops so it’ll be very difficult to manage if the stay is for more than a day.

This was one of the great stay for this price. Value for money. The man in the reception was very friendly. He arranged for pick up and drop from the airport. The SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore was very near the airport. The service was very good. The amenities were good. Very clean room with clean bedspread. Hot water was coming in the taps and ac was working well. They made arrangements for food and it was good. The breakfast was in the SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore and it was yummy. Kerala taste. The room boy was very helpful. Everything was perfect. We will be coming to stay here when comeback to india as we live in usa. We recommend to others to stay. It was really a royal stay.

Very close to airport approx 5 kms. 500 taxi fare for 5 kms in india is too much. Rooms are clean and front desk person very nice and very helpful. Hotel is in bit isolated location though it is very close to airport nothing in walking distance available but the good part is taxi is always available anytime hats off to mr chinnappa who runs the SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore and taxi and is very friendly person. Can order room service which is efficient, tasty food and quite reasonable. The night driver who dropped us to the airport was a bit arrogant. He was not very happy to see us with 3 bags. Anyway SM Royal Stay Hotel near Intl Airport Bangalore is worth for the price and owner mr chinnappa is great i would definitely stay there again

They are very good. Ac was not working in my room. They changed my room and given new room. Soap, brush & paste available in bathroom are of very good quality. The tooth brush is superb soft and i am continue to use it. Tv don't has regional channels. Two nos of 1/2 lit-re water bottles, 2 tea powder, 2 coffee powder, 2 milk powder, two water glass and two tea cups were neatly available in the room. Food available on telephonic calls. Pickup and drop cab is available but it is costly (500 to airport that is 5km only. They could have given this for 250. Hotel is fantastic. Recommended to those who like the above things. I had a really good, hygiene, comfortable stay. During my transit. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t get chance to try breakfast because of my early-morning flight i guess.

Located less than 3km from airport , only breakfast available limited variety but good to eat , room size should be 10x 10 plus small balcony with hot water was decent enough and service given was decent- overall for a short stay especially for a stop over night it’s decent enough 👍
