soloProperty is located bit inside the main road and difficult to find. Images shown are not genuine and completely misleading and when I checked in, I was surprised to see the actual situation of room. 1. No toiletries in the room except one small soap of bad quality. 2. No water bottle in the room (however they provided after call), 3. No window/ventilation in the room. In case of fire, this can prove fatal. 4. Almost all the time drilling sound from somewhere. 5. Some hotel staff scream loudly in common lobby and you continuously hear their voice. 6. Only one single serving breakfast given in room on call request. 7. Room lock in broken condition. Only positive is they gave me early check in on availability for which I am thankful to them. additional 850 to be paid at hotel (do not know for what thing they charge). So almost for Rs. 2500, facilities and room condition are not up to the mark at all.

i had a terrible experience at sm suites near delhi airport, and i would not recommend it to anyone. unhygienic rooms – the room was dirty, with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, and an overall unpleasant smell. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the towels provided were old and stained. unprofessional staff – the staff was rude and unhelpful. they showed no interest in addressing our concerns and seemed completely indifferent to customer service. poor amenities – despite advertising wi-fi, it barely worked. the air conditioning was either too loud or non-functional, and the tv had very few channels available. it is poorly maintained, and the common areas are not as clean or inviting as shown in the photos. overpriced for the service – for the price, i expected at least basic cleanliness and service, but the experience was disappointing in every way.

soloI was not expecting great location. The looks and feel were no where as shown in the pictures. Room was dirty without any window. Sheets were not washed and had had hair and dirt. I decided to move out an hour later as i could not bear. Worst experience. The rating given was wrong.
