familyI had taken 2 rooms and both rooms had ch-allege with facilities. Television was not working. Hygiene was major issue.

We faced a lot of difficulty in reaching, room service was very bad due to which women faced problems, hence we had to leave the rooms at 9 am on 25th may 24 and go to haridwar.

There was no electricity and water in the morning when we woke up. When we called the caretaker and informed him about the same, he said he cannot do anything because there is no back up. The only inverter they have is also drained out.

Please don't book waste of money. Toilets are very dirty reception person is very rude. Cafe food is worst there's nothing positive please another hotels for your stay there are so many good hotels available

Hello aditya ji, thank you for your review. first of all when you did checkin i personally showed you both of the rooms and the washroom they were clean so dont do false review. and second you haven't tried any food from our cafe so how can you say about the food and third during checkout your mother breaks our plants and when we stopped her she was arguing about that. Problem of air conditioner and electricity

Air conditioner was not working, we complained about that they didn't tried to help us they were giving excuses like voltage is down, electricity is coming after that i complained on this app "make my trip" they talk to manager, they at-least provided us cooler ( we literally paid for ac and we are getting cooler) after that we arrived hotel then whole night there was no electricity, there were only fan working and with no electricity we had to switch off cooler as well and we stayed at roof whole night. Our room was so humid, we didn't have any other option. Our group paid rs and we are getting treated like this like sleeping on tarace, other hotel memeber was also disturb by function of ac they were also at tarace.

I even followed up later in the evening to confirm if you still wanted to change rooms, but you declined again. Regarding the electricity issue, it's important to understand that it was a widespread problem throughout Rishikesh and not specific to our establishment. This unfortunate situation was beyond our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Lastly, it is worth mentioning that during your stay, there were instances where you and your friends were consuming alcohol and playing loud music on the rooftop throughout the night with 3 other guest. It's essential to consider the impact of such activities on other guests' comfort and tranquility. Thank you for allowing us to provide further clarification on these matters. The air conditioning was not working at all, the hotel staff was not concerned at all about the issue, very bad experience, i would not recommend this place to anybody at all, unless you want to spoil your vacation

The room was nice but the beddings was untidy. Also, the room we got had no window or any view to experience the morning beauty of the mussoorie. Bathroom facilities was decent and had geyser facility as well.
