Hotel is good. Clean and tidy. Calm atmosphere. But i faced 3 problems. 1. Finding this SMART STAY VEGA KONDAPUR location is bad. In app it's showing wrong location which is 2. 7 km different. I called SMART STAY VEGA KONDAPUR after the location which app is showing. Then they sent me original location on whatsapp. 2. After reaching SMART STAY VEGA KONDAPUR they took nearly 30 minutes to arrange the room. Until then they asked me to wait. Even i reached the SMART STAY VEGA KONDAPUR after 2 hours of my check in time. 3. Ac in the room is not working. Except all is good. Have restaurant's near by. Good facilities.

Hand wash, shampoo and body wash provided in corona safe bottles with hand pump. Complementary coffee from coffee day machine is nice gesture from management. Love the simplicity yet classy and comfy rooms. Just finding the place is little difficult with the different location mentioned on maps. Also, do try the breakfast from south tiffins.
