It's good to stay healthy atmosphere

it is good peace full area and neat maintaince

I stayed over night while travelling from goa to banagalore. Location was good parking available food you ll have to order from outside since its home stay kind of set up. Rooms were spacious bed sheets could be better cleaned. Kitchen utensils crockery available sufficient enough.

It was a decent stay.. little costly

The bed sheet was not clean it was full dusty, kitchen sick was having food particles. Most problematic was cockroach all over the place. We checked out immediately next first thing in morning due to this very bad experience they did not even call and didn't even refund the money for the pathetic service and management.

Had a good short stay with family. Apartment was spacious with good basic amenities. Staff was helpful. However, flat could have been cleaner and better maintained - floor was dusty and there were lot of cobwebs too. Kitchen equipment needs better maintenance too.

The floor is clean. Bathrooms are clean. However, the mesh fixed to all the windows and balcony doors is like dust nets in the AC indoor unit covered with a thick layer dust. A pillow kept in the wardrobe, that pillow was soaked in the sweat of some person previously stayed in the room i guess.. When I opened the wardrobe, I felt like I was punished like this. I only had a single question. Will the property Owner and the caretaker maintain their own home like this? or what do they think? After Pandemic, every service unit across the nation has boasted about sanitization and cleanliness but the fact is the opposite. everyone has given up being neat and tidy and offering something clean and tidy. even people are not questioning..

The property was untidy and unhygienic as the toilet and even the bed linens were dirty and had to be replaced upon request.

Good location, comfortable beds. Bathrooms could have been more hygienic. Rest no complaints. Spacious dining area.

I have been visiting this place regularly. However, this time around i found the room to be extremely unhygienic. The kitchen cabinets were full of dust and there were cockroaches moving everywhere. I hope they keep the basic level of cleanliness!

Supplies were missing, rooms were dirty, crockery was not clean and tiles were broken, no dustbin in the room and all the garbage was outside the room when we arrived.

The 2 room bhk was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. The place was situated very near to a lake and there was plenty of ventilation. Real nice home stay.

The place is not maintained well and looks pretty shabby. The services like ac and hot water was working, towels looked ok and did not smell, and the person who checked us in was courteous but that doesn't make up for the unkempt interiors

Place was neat and good. I had good times staying here for 2 nights. It was peaceful and homely like feeling. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids.

Stay was very comfortable. It would have been great if there was a restaurant but swiggy & zomato is easily accessible.

Parking is too small, you can only park 4 small vehicles, there were mosquitoes in the apartment, and they were not serving tea along with breakfast, stating that it is not the part of breakfast, even the breakfast options were limited and quality of the breakfast was even more then worse, soap bottles were empty in the bathroom. At the end i must say, stay wasn’t comfortable.

Very good place for stay. Very responsive host. Bathrooms are clean. Cutlery is present. There is a sofa cum bed, twin beds and a queen bed. Can easily accommodate 6 members.

Clean and neat home with a smiling service manager who helped in satisfying our requirements. Special mention of thanks for the breakfast option given to us
