Dear Guest, - This is well-known that Varanasi, specifically Shri Kashi Vishwanath Corridor area is a highly congested area. How is this subject concerned with our Homestay? - Varanasi is the only city where tourists like to stay in some adjacent streets instead of main roads. - Our area is known as the heart of city and there is 24 hours of conveyance facility in this area "Gadowlia". Our Homestay is only 250 meters from main road Gadowlia. - We always maintain the rooms neat & clean - Yes, your last point is correct, TV is not available in the room which is clearly mentioned in MakeMyTrip Thank you

Although, Varanasi (Kashi) is known for its streets (गली) and most of the travelers prefer their stay in the adjacent streets of Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple so that they could reach the temple and ghats by walking. As you mentioned that we are only 500 meters away from the Temple & Ghats. We thank you very much and we expect your visit once again on our property.

Dear Piyal Halder, First of all, I am surprised to see your feedback. As per our experience, we faced a very few customers who tell the lie everything top to bottom. We were supposed to complain on MakeMyTrip about your extreme misbehave. You denied to give us identity proof of one person. You mentioned that you go everywhere in India and don't provide ID proof. Noone ask you about your ID proof. You thrown the menu list also when discussing about your dinner. We mentioned you about the timings of our kitchen facility which is 8AM to 9PM but you vigorously shouted on us. We recognized one of you as a suspected person because you didn't provide Id proof by force. As far as concerned about the towel and hotel soap, we agree that it was not available in advance at your check-in time, but then and there we provided the same. The next day early morning we re-provided you a new towel also because you didn't like the previous towel what was given at the time of check-in. Most importantly, everything is recorded through our CCTV Camera which could be as an evidence on legal ground.

Hello Mr. Shyam Kishore, I am deeply concerned with your feedback. You raised such a point what is a subject of the services of UP Govt. There are 4000 hotels and lodges in this area of Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple within a radius of 3 kms. According to news, atleast 5 crore tourists and pilgrims would have stayed in hotels and lodges of this area in last one and half months of Mahakumbh. And this area of 3 kms' radius was totally barricaded by local govt. All the guests were forced to walk in this area. Nonetheless to say that most of the pilgrims were above of 50 years old. So, I want to ask you how and why the 5 crore tourists and pilgrims reached and stayed here in last one and half months? Why and how did the pilgrims walk on an average 10 kms in Mahakumbh of Prayagraj and Kashi? This Mahakumbh Mela has been a history in our Hindu community. And almost all the citizens of our country have appreciated the Arrangements, Law & Order, Rules and Regulations of UP Govt. for this Mahakumbh Mela. You are the first person in my knowledge who is raising your fingers towards the hoteliers and UP Govt. who couldn't sleep and eat the meals properly and timely in this Mahakumbh due to unparalleled services. We have audio recordings of all communications what we had with our customers what proves how we spend the time to explain the customers to reach and locate our property. We were on phone full day and night so that we could ease the process. Our Homestay is at the most prominent place of city where almost all the tourists and pilgrims dream to stay. You not only commented about the arrangements of this festival rather you remarked about the cleanness and services also of our Homestay. We had back to back bookings in last one and half months but none of guests raised this point and most importantly most of the guests were through Goibibo-MakeMyTrip only. Almost all the guests appreciated about our efforts except the person like you. to be continued.....
