Mixed experience: spacious and worthy rooms, but disappointing front office service i recently stayed at sn holiday home and had a mixed experience overall. The rooms were undoubtedly impressive, offering ample space and comfort, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation. However, the standout aspect of the stay was marred by the disappointing attitude and behavior of the front office staff. Upon check-in, i was greeted with indifference and a lack of professionalism from the front desk personnel. Their demeanor left much to be desired, as they appeared disinterested and were not particularly helpful with inquiries or requests. This initial impression set a negative tone for the duration of my stay. Despite the luxurious accommodations, the lackluster service at the front desk significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's disheartening when the hospitality industry fails to deliver on the promise of exceptional customer service. In conclusion, while the SN Holiday Home's rooms were commendable in terms of size and comfort, the subpar behavior exhibited by the front office staff left a lasting impression. Improved training and emphasis on customer satisfaction could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. 4. 4

We booked for 2 days of stay at sn holiday home on 25 & 26 dc 23. The rates were on higher side as its christmas vacation, but still reasonable. The stay was comfortable. The way to parking area is steep. Rooms are quite big. Staffs were courteous. Overall nice experience. Recommended for those who are looking for a budget friendly couple friendly stay at munnar. (the SN Holiday Home is situated at anachal, 13kms away from munnar. I couldn't find much budget friendly SN Holiday Homes in munnar town

Good room nice my recent stay at sn holiday home in munnar exceeded expectations. The check-in process was swift, allowing me to settle in promptly upon arrival. The room provided was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably. It boasted essential amenities such as ample storage space, a television, and a workstation, catering to both leisure and business travelers alike. The bed was notably large and adorned with fresh linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Amazing place to stay at. It's in anachal 13 km from munnar (you can take the bus from munnar to reach here. The property is close to the bus stand and has many restaurants near it. The staff was polite and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and oh so spacious. We booked 1 room for four people. And we were given 2 large beds in the room. Extremely happy with the service and stay. Another plus point, a nearby restaurant even delivers the food to the SN Holiday Home. Kudos to the staff!

It was a pleasant stay... Staffs were very friendly, helpful and supportive... We got immediate assistance as and when we seeked... Environment and ambience is very well maintained neat and clean... Hot water readily available always... So was WiFi available all the while... In short loved the stay and will surely come back again.... Thanks a lot for ur wonderful service 🙏🙏🙏

The location is 15kms away from munnar, so the temperature is much hotter com-oared to munnar. Property is good, rooms are very spacious. Nearby resturants are good. Parking is easy and huge. They could have provided stand fan, as ceiling fan is not enough. This place name is anachal, not munnar. It is 15 kms away from munnar. Overall good place to stay with the money spent.

I stayed in a family room that could accommodate 4 people. The room was spacious and had all amenities as mentioned. The stay was good. The property is bit far from munnar. So good planning would help in covering the tourist locations, considering the places you want to visit. The room was clean and service was also great.

Very comfortable stay. I came with family we all stayed together. A very good location and close to wonderful valley and market. Staff is very helpful. Places recommended for meals - prakrithi restaurant and SN Holiday Home safari.

Will suggest this to frds and family members. There is no restaurant in SN Holiday Home but we can find restaurant with in 300 meters or we can order the food.

Hotel is nearby various restaurants, petrol bunk, punarjani traditional village. Although it is away from 11km from munnar centre the locality is very good and stay was very pleasant. Rooms was clean and they provided tea and coffee at morning as complimentary. View from room balcony was excellent.

The rooms were clean and really spacious, given its munnar you won't need ac. P. S. You might have to ask for towels if your stay is longer than one day.
