SN Holiday Home

pros- Location is good. on the mountain slope. though 13 km down below Munnar. that means this town is not as cold as Munnar. staff is helpful with moving luggage etc. Room was spacious and clean. And bathroom too. Clean bed linen. Cons- I stayed in the cottage on the stilt. it is way up and you need to climb "A Lot". Don't underestimate the efforts. Those with babies, old or sick or unfit cannot climb half the mountain slope. Opt for regular rooms at the bottom. 2. No mirror in the bathroom. 3. No electric kettle or option of making tea in the room. That means you climb down and then climb up the mountain slope. You just cannot walk out casually for anything. you need to plan and club activities. 4. once you remove the key the outside light goes off. That means you need a torch to get down. 5. When I was there it rained a little and I slipped off the slope while coming down. I was wearing motorcycle riding boots. Use proper footwear. overall good budget option for solo travelers like motorcycle riders

It was a recently renovated property hence the rooms were quite good. The location was at the centre also the ambience was great but the service was really pathetic there was no cutlery not even normal drinking water was available. There was no restaurant and also no housekeeping staff available during day or even during night. Overall it was ok experience it will have been great if the service will have been nice

we travelled as a group and booked two rooms there...the rooms were huge and very nice to stay ....this stay is located at such a place that you can reach any shop and necessities in about 5 mins. parking is also available here

Property's location is near to restaurants, fuel station and other bakeries. Service is good and it's a good match for people who are looking for budget stays and get the value of their money.
