Snow Flakes Resort And Spa Centrally Heated Luxury Resort

We booked the luxurious Presidential suite for 2 days but extended our stay to 2 more days because we liked it so much. We had a very pleasant and superb stay at Snow Flake Resorts. Few things to note about the Resorts- - The manager, staffs especially Nancy at the reception, and every other people serving at the Resort are super sweet and helpful people. It is a little far from mall road but a great place to stay with your close ones. If you have a vehicle it is awesome. You will get parking at the resort. Also, you can rent a vehicle at the resort or outside the resort itself. - Food was super nice and tasty. - Our Presidential suite is in the opposite direction of the sun. you will get sunlight only for a brief amount of time that too in the morning and only on the balcony. - The suite has one balcony and one full-side glass wall for a great view. There are no words to express the view. Just in front of your bed😍 you will have an orchid garden and the mountain range. - You have all the facilities inside the suite from a Jacuzzi to all small needed items. - Housekeeping is also excellent. You get the restaurant or room service till 10:30 PM. - Rest it is a good stay at a peaceful location. -Have a pleasant trip :)

We stayed in the resort for 3 nights and by far the best thing about this resort is the mountain view rooms. View from the balcony is just awesome. Food quality is good, staff behaviour is pretty nice and room size is Ok. It seems like a new construction, SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA lobby, terrace everything is quite neat. Things which were a turn off was power back up, in 3 days there were at least 5-6 occasions when load did not shift to power back up on its own and light went off. You don’t expect this after paying a decent amount for stay. Evening live music on terrace, which we noticed on friday evening when the music was so loud that it disturbs almost every room and we could not even watch television properly. After the vocalist has gone, SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA guests took over and sang on microphone until 12 am when I had to call the reception to get that stopped. Overall a decent place to stay, basic hygiene to be taken care which can keep all the guests happy and not just a bunch of people enjoying after getting drunk. (Not to forget, you can hardly get this kind of mountain view elsewhere).

We visited the resort as a couple. The welcome drink was served, live music was on, where we both enjoyed a lot, requested few songs to be played. Food selections were superb. Drinks selections at the bar were limited but still had few malts of my choice. The cleanliness of the room, it’s the location with the mountain view made us stunned. Very good service as we enjoyed housekeeping and in-room dining. Early morning, after breakfast we went for a spa and massage. Brilliant knowledge of pressure points. It took away all our tiredness and pain of distant traveling. Were allowed to check out late with no extra cost. We were really taken very good care of, therefore departed with a farewell drink. I would overall rate this resort between 4 and 5 stars.

It's a great place, everything is spic and span. We stayed in super delux rooms and room sizes were the best part of our stay. Super delux room has size of a suite ! kitchen staff is cordial & everything works like a clockwork. We faced one issue with the front desk manager, ajit. We needed one medicine for my friends little son who was alone in the room taking care of him while rest of us were out, the front desk guy ignored his request to get the meds & didn't even respond that he can't manage it. We were able to manage it somehow but that could have been a serious problem. Apart from that this resort ticks all the checkboxes ! i would recommend this to all

We stayed 2 nights 3 days with my group it was very nice experience.. this was my first time visited at manali with snow flakes resort it's really awesome.. this one is the best resort in Manali with full of facilities .it is really good place.. Day and night both are feel like very awesome.. Food also very tasty and so neat and clean 👌 staff is really good nice and so sweet spoken with us Manager, Receptionist and all staff members is very helpful and also they provided special care for all visited members.. and views from room very awesome.. LIKE HEAVEN 💓😍 it was memorable tour.. Thank you Manali and BIG THANKS TO SNOW FLAKES FOR MAKE OUR NICE TRIP.. ☺

Beautifully located, front view of the SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA has apple orchids & lovely mountains once you wake up in morning it’s just give you wow feeling ! good trained staff, nice food, evenings can be spent-well with live music & barbecue. 10-15 mins drive from city centre but that’s its usp. Rooms are spacious, wifi is bit slow & with such large washroom they should definitely have bathtub. This is must recommend place to spend good vacation. Special thanks to mr paramjeet verma for arranging our excursion trips with good recommendations, he is truly an asset to this SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA )

Himachal people are well known for guesting and calm behavior waht i got from SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA staff too. As mainly SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA deal like a business but this resort treat and help us beyond the business. Felt like had a family there. I took spa there those two girls daya and and yamuna is so nice. Even evry one at reception also they welcomed as a family member. Thank u snowflake had a great memory. Snow falkes provided their car to visit the place. They gave all service. Thanks rahul the cab driver. He is the favorite person. Whenever we plan. Must visit again

Nice jacuzi and room view was awesome

Everything was good, I booked Honeymoon suite, that was awesome, Jacuzzi was there, however, sometimes hot water issues were there and food was not that good, but overall pleasant stay.
