we stayed for 2 nights and the stay was extremely happy. kids enjoyed more. no busy roads and no sound after 7pm. just like staying in forest. everything good in all aspects. good is provided free and have good taste and hygiene. staffs helped in every matter we asked. the town munnar is 30 minutes from the hotel but if you need full relax book it and stay ..rooms are neat and large. balcony view is great.

familyThe place was nearly 10 km away from munnar town. The journey to main attractive points begins at munnar town. But the town is crowded and parking is difficult. So we decided to take a hotel at outer munnar. The snow resort is one of the best choices. They take care of car parking. Behaviour of the staffs were good.

One of the best places to stay in munnar. Hospitality, room and breakfast was really good. Since, it was not season time we even got an upgrade to a suite room which was really spacious. Overall, will come stay here again next time we visit munnar

Location is ok and service is good. Staff is helpful and even manager helped us to catch bus to ernakulam. Very early check in was also provided, thanks to the hotel manager. Rooms are clean, good choice if you are looking for stay at affordable prices. Breakfast was also good. Just to add it's not resort, it's hotel.
