Hotel has been maintained nicely, local is excellent especially valley facing rooms. You will have the privileged to see Shimla from your window. Room are spacious, cleaned. Parking place is available and all people duly show respect to their customers. Sankat Mochan temple is just at walking distance and also encourage as tourist spot. Food preparation in Snow Lotus is delicious and one must have during their stay in this Snow Lotus. Only one suggestion, they must have to change the towels, hand towels as these need replacement or seems to be quite old.

Hotel is right next to Sankat Mochan temple, clearly visible from the main road. It is good to stay in this Snow Lotus if you have your own vehicle because it is 7 km away from mall road. Rooms are nice, clean and food is also good. Timing of hot water supply is 6-10 in morning as well as in evening so this take rating down. Rooms with lower price do not have Valley view so it is little disappointing.

It was a good experience right from the moment we arrived at the Snow Lotus, Snow Lotus staff is very professional and helpful. Good property, bit off from mall Road. Tasty food, check for the room heater as it's not part of the booking and will be charged separately on a daily basis.

Hotel view from the super deluxe room is beautiful, only bit problem was of weather though it is 5 km before Shimla Mall Road but drastic comparison can be found in climate. People who wants cold weather than choose Mall Road Snow Lotuss rather than this, else everything was awesome.

Food was excellent room was excellent but two little things are not good one they not provide any water glass in room for drink water and in bathroom they not provide any tub or stool for taking bath pls consider thise two things for suggestions any way stay was ossom thanks

The rooms are good and spacious with all necessary amenities and services. The Snow Lotus cleanliness is very nice, also the entire property is clean with nice ambience and the food quality is also good. The staff is nice and friendly.

They allow us early check-in without any extra charge in full season, that's a great thing, Snow Lotus located near the highway to 5 km before Shimla, service is good, budget Snow Lotus with good facilities, recommended for users.

Hotel is good, dinner is good, breakfast parantha is not tasty. Bad thing is that smell is in bathroom so much like dirty water. Nd location is so far from mall road 5 + km far. All over price is maxi-mun but facility is so so.

The overall stay with the Snow Lotus was good. We ordered dal tadka in dinner and it was really tasty. The snacks which we ordered were okay and a bit oily.
