Check in was real quick, room was spacious, sleep quality was good provided with good and clean linen, bed was comfy, washroom was also big and clean and has a geyser. I especially would like to thanks rakesh and suresh, they both went extra miles to keep our stay comfortable and they both were very helpful.

Stay was awesome. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel manager rakesh was very helpful throughout the trip and assisted us well. Restaurant food is also tasty. You should visit hotel snow retreat.

Very nice stay and staff is very supportive. Ryt place to stay away from hustle. Dal lake just about 1 km or less to reach good location valley view also good. Intercom and wash room should improve more. All-though warm water available 24hrs definently recommended this

Hard to reach by car but once you are inside hotel you will love it. Friendly staff temperature were there to perform temp checks. Nice hotel. Food provided was reasonably priced and tasty. Near dal lake

High priced but terrible facilities

The ceiling is leaking, water from up stair washroom leaks into the room downstairs. The bathtub in the washroom is too dirty to be used. The window is broken. You can not make it out just from images given online. The room does not match with the image to any extent.
