Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated)

We stayed at snow valley heights for 2 nights last week. It was a good stay. We chose panoramic room with a balcony, and i must say that the views from there are just superb. You can see the entire shimla from your room. Other things, the service and promptness of the staff were quite good too. Our requests were fulfilled aptly, without any fuss. They have nice breakfast spread as well, though i must say the quality of some of the food items could be improved. For families with kids, there is a small play room as well, though nothing significant there. Ample parking space for cars too. Last but not the least, i should also inform fellow travellers about the issues with monkeys here. They visited our balcony twice and luckily, both the times, it was closed. Having said that, the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) management told till well in advance and have laid down notice in the room as well that this could be an issue. So, one must be vigilant - anyways this is the case with most of the city - so nothing unusual there.

However, as someone who enjoys continental options as well, I would have loved to see a wider selection of continental dishes available. Adding more continental options to the breakfast spread would enhance the overall dining experience for guests who appreciate diverse culinary choices. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, thanks to the exceptional staff and the delicious food. I would highly recommend your Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The stay was exceptional. Staff is so warm and hospitable. We were so distressed when we reached here due to traffic caused by shortage of petrol however ms sangeeta at reception attended us so warmly and with such a pleasant smile that all our worries were put at ease. I have honestly seen such welcoming and smiling staff even at the best properties. Also, the housekeeping staff has kept the property impeccably clean. The views at the property are beautiful with sunrise and sunset views right from the bed. The restaurant staff was prompt and we thoroughly enjoyed dinners with delicious food and the quick service of the server who served us. We would thank mr. Kuldeep who allowed our cars to be parked as we moved to kufri for further stay as we didn't want to waste our time in refueling our cars. He was kind enough to let us have a comfortable journey to kufri.

Very Good Hotel, Superb Food and Really Nice Peaceful Place. The Hotel Is Newly Built, Nicely Crafted Interior and Location with a great view of the valley, as a result it Turn out as a Gem 💎. We had booked a Valley view room on the top floor with MAP food plan. It has a panoramic Mesmerizing view of the valley.🏔️ Mr Sangeeta helped us smooth check-in and also arranged a decent cab service for our local sightseeing. Thanks 👍 Food here is a cherry on the cake 🍰. Their Buffet menu is large enough to satisfy all your cravings. We prefer Jain Food and they have almost all options in Jain Food as well, That is rare. I absolutely loved our two-night stay at this beautiful Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated). The rooms were spacious with proper cleanliness. Washrooms were good and had the necessary amenities. We booked the panaromic view room on 3rd and 4th floor. View from our balcony was nice, it was peaceful. We were visited by monkeys very often in our balcony but it was no worry as they had put instructions at every corner to navigate it. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Room service was quick. I would highly recommed this place. The restaurant can definitely do great by working on the food taste. It was good but can be better. They even arranged a bonfire on the terrace. It was an overall great experience.

The property is located only 15 mins away from the Mall road and offers a beautiful view of Shimla from the room balcony plus terrace. Food is delicious, loved their dal makhani. The Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) staff is very good especially the ones placed in the restaurant…Mr.Neeraj also guided us about Shimla city, the food we can try and how the locals live here, Mr. Sunil and Sheetal were equally good and kept asking for feedback which goes to show their best efforts in making things perfect for you. I loved the stay and will come back again for sure.

It was wonderful stay at snow valley heights, shimla. Property is newly build-up and view from balcony is just awesome. We stayed in panorama view room on 3rd floor and spent 3 nights here along with family & friends. Staff is so humble and service is superfast. Food quality is very good with delicious taste. Playing station is also there for kids. Distance from mall road is only 15-20 min way. Can hire cab from there itself on nominal prices. We stayed in this Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) many times. We always like took our meals in their restaurant downstairs. There is no word to express their gratitude as well as hygienic food. There were so many things in their menu. I should also be thankful to mr. Neeraj, chef for their hospitality brought all the tasty food items at one place. All the staff in restaurant was very courteous and helpful.

This amazing team adds abundant hospitality to the experience and hospitality. The housekeeping team (ganga ji, ghanshyam, vijay ji, pushpa ji and others) work tirelessly to keep our rooms spotless clean and fresh. Thank you all.

Ambience is awesome rooms are neat and clean food is expensive and portion is also less.

Non -veg variety was not much and only one dish was provided, there should be more varieties to be provided with respect to the cost of stay. Also halal non veg should be provided for convenience of customer.

Very nice clean Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated), staff very helpful, location is excellent, food is nice, but breakfast limited option, if you no eat spicy then you will struggle. Room are excellent size

It was altogether a good experience though the stay was brief. The Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) staff was also very friendly and the restaurant food was delicious.

Experience at the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) was great ! polite and helpful staff ! restaurant served excellent food esp. Taste and spread of menu was excellent. Rooms were classy with mesmerising view of city from the top ! well kept, clean and cosy place. A health centre and a functional bar was missing. Everything else was fabulous ! breakfast spread was sufficient but can improve on preparation of certain items like poha and south indian food.

Had an excellent stay at snow valley heights. The resort is well maintained. Had opted for panoramic view room. The view is spectacular from this room. Must recommended. Food is good the staff is friendly. Overall a very good stay
