Never expected such a wonderful ambience in your Snow Valley Resorts rooms were extraordinary and above expectations. If we talk about food my taste buds were on a feast perfectly spiced and flavored presentation was upto the mark. The first and most important thing of a Snow Valley Resorts or resort is their management team and staff the level of hospitality and kindness i was amazed that staff can be so kind and down to earth they make us feel like we are no strangers to them. Whoever books a Snow Valley Resorts the first thing they look for hygiene and clean environment my eyes were in delusion washrooms, room, waiting area and dining area was so clean it felt like i was in staying in my home so much personalised touch.

We did not enjoy our trip due to sudden death in our family which occur on our first day of trip to shimla. I come on same day back to delhi. I requested receptionist to give some relief of money while getting out of resort but he said booking is through make my trip. I tried to connect make my trip but can't due to network issue so i lost two time one sudden death and second 50000 thousand of booking trip through make my trip so lastly i request the chaiman of make my trip to give us relief of 50000 of our trip money which is not enjoyed or used.

It was a two nights stay. I was searching for a good Snow Valley Resorts, distance was not an issue. The resort itself is hardly 4-5 kms away from mall road. What i like the most that resort is having games rooms for kids and elders. The buffet breakfast was very good. It is worth. If you are going from volvo then you can take a drop there. The resort is having an and b wing. The staff was polite and eager to help you. I got early check in at 10:30 am. Definitely would recommend this resort. Good job done.

We stayed for 2 nights at snow valley resort. Overall it was a good experience. Firstly, our room was upgraded without any charge. Secondly, food was outstanding. Courteous staff. Location is quite convenient and valley view from the room is good. The only thing can be improved was room service. Our room was not cleaned during the day even though we had a tag for it. Also, the room service staff have to be reminded repeatedly for providing amenities like extra towel, water bottle etc.

Our 2 nights stay at snow valley resort shimla was too good. It has excellent 24 hour room service which is very difficult to find in any resort. Our package included breakfast and dinner option. The food was very delicious and the buffet breakfast had quite a number of options. In the evening they had bonfire and live music in open area near restaurant. For kids, they had separate game room which our daughter enjoyed a lot.

As we checked into the Snow Valley Resorts we were given a warm welcome. The Snow Valley Resorts staff were very polite and respectful. If you wish to avoid the mad rush of mall road this Snow Valley Resorts is the ideal place to stay just 5 km away. All locations can be easily covered from here. The food was awesome and buffet breakfast and dinner had plenty of options at fairly reasonable rate.

It was a good stay overall! stayed at premium room with valley view! decent room size! breakfast was also good with decent quality and variety! felt a bit overpriced on the ala carte menu ! food quality can be improved as i have ordered veg biryani but tasted like tawa pulao! room should be soundproof as lots of noise coming from the lobby! overall decent stay! thank you whole team for hosting!

The Snow Valley Resorts is at very good location. Taxis and cabs are easily available. Food is ok. Hotel staff are very humble and helpful. Rooms are spacious.

Hotel is located before the bypass shimla on the highway which is a good location because there wont be any problem with the parking or traffic. All main locations in shimla from this gotel are nearby. The view is awesome and the staff is really polite. I got a free ugrade to a premium room, thanks to the staff. Overall, one the best Snow Valley Resortss in shimla.

Hotel is located at very nice location on the road and cummuting is very easy from this location. I stayed in executive room which was spacious and with a valley view. Food quality, variety and taste was good. Restaurant staff is very cooperative and helpful. Must visit 2 highly recommended
