Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned)

Stayed between jun 14 to 17, had a wonderful stay. Hotel is quite close (750mtr) to gandhi chowk, so convenient to walk. Stay was comfortable, we visited with family of 2 (with little kids, we were provided with extra bedding complementary. Rooms were clean. View from room was nice towards valley. For us, highlight was the good taste and quantity was superb. They served piping hot food in room. Mr vijay sharma took care of us. They even had dinner buffet at 700 approx per person price. Breakfast was nice with lot of variety. Has free parking for car. Overall lovely stay. Couple of aspects to consider, Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) infrastructure is old, not a modern Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned). Don’t expect it to have that level of facilities. Food is very reasonable prices, but stay was bit pricey (room rate. So consider these aspects while booking. But overall nice stay.

This was the second time, we stayed at the Snow valley resort of Dalhousie. The food and hospitality were excellent. One cannot ask more than this, the scenic view was an added bonanza. The staff members of the entire team were very courteous and would like to mention Mr. Vijay Sharma, Mr. Vijay Katoch & Mr. Vedh Prakash in particular for their excellent service. They ensured that we get the best during our stay in the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned). The cleanliness of the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) rooms was also very good. There was central heating so we didn't face any problem at -2°C. The ambience of the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) was also up to the mark. In short the overall experience is fantastic & I would highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at snow valley resort for one night. Very spacious rooms with wonderful view of the snow. Rooms service and all amenities were superb. Location of the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) is best. Just a suggestion for the resort - don't be always money minded and be kindful to the tourists in genuine situations. We had done late check-in and early check-out. We requested Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) reception to allow us just 10 minutes for dress changing in any room, since we were having kids with us and it was very inconvenient to do the same in common washrooms. But these people were not ready for this also. After repetitive requests, they allowed us to use one room. You should understand the travellers' situation.

The Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) is located about half a kilometer away from the mall. It takes about 10 minutes by walk to reach the mall. The breakfast served was delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and is always very eager to help. We could get a glimpse of the snow clad mountain range from the room. The room provided was spacious with excellent views. We could only enjoy it for a day as the environment is generally cloudy and rainy during july. The furniture and other amenities provided were a little below expectations. On the first night we were kept awake by a couple of flies which the staff could get rid off only the next day. The internet connectivity is poor. The wi-fi is slow and the area has poor mobile coverage.

Hotel location is good, walking distance from mall road. You can safely walk to mall road even at nighttime. Food is aver, but they make up on hospitality. Mr vinayak took good care of our needs, appreciate his attention to details. Their room is well heated with centralised heating, hot water is available. Hotel is old but very well maintained. They have open terrace where the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) management can do more for entertainment of guest in evening with music and bonfire. Their elevators are picturesque with transparent glass.

Wonderful stay with snow valley resorts. Mr thakur the gm, mr. Monish sharma from the front office and team, the housekeeping team, in room dining team with special thanks to mr vijay katoch for his personal dinner and breakfast care with lovely 6 am masada chai. All in all a super experience and wonderful team headed by mr thakur. Special mention and affection respects to mr tarun bakshi sir and kuldeep ji gm snow valley heights for getting us connected to mr thakur and team wish them well always

It's saying that if start well then all is sip-pose to be ends well let me start about my snowvally resorts experience during my 3 day stay best food, cleanliness upto the mark well maintained, staff are well courteous equipped with all desired amenities, best vibes and views, best location, quick and fast services i would highly recommend this place family with kids, youngsters and all agegroups i wish this Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) all the best

I have stayed in the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) for 2 nights with family. The rooms of the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) are spacious and comfy. The food here is also tasty. The staff of the Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) is very courteous and humble. My overall experience of staying here was memorable and delightful. I will definitely recommend this Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Air Conditioned) for your stay.

Snow valley resort is located at a very good location. Just 10 min walk from gandhi chowk. Food was fantastic and with lots of variety in menu. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Rooms are good and valley view from the room was fabulous. Special mention for vijay sharma who took a very good care of us.

Food was excellent so was the service and efficiency of staff, kids room was added advantage which small kids and toddlers will surely love views from the room and terrace were exhilarating
