Hotel room are clean, location of hotel and ambience is also good but food delivery after making order at their restaurant was too delayed they have took more than one hour to serve our simple order of one veggies and roti apart from that quality of food is also not impressive.

Rooms are small and average. Not worth of the price charged. Also its not centrally heated, at least during my stay in october last week. Food is delicious and breakfast offers a pretty good spread though. Its a hotel. Naming it resort is miss leading.

What to say about experience. It was really amazing. Smooth. Best part they upgraded our room when Kr. Aman got to know from Ms. Kajal about my husband Birthday. That was a really sweet gesture. Not everyone does that. Food was super delicious. Hospitality is top notch. Will surely come again soon.

we stayed in this hotel in the month of october 25 . though it was a peak season the hotel staff prateek and Jyoti had helped us for extended stay and room upgrade.
