Hotel is located at old manali near to hadimba temple. From mall road auto will charge 150- rs and from volvo packing point 300- rs i reached the Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ) in the morning at 9. 00 p. M. They allow me to check in even though the check in time is 11. 00 a. M. Based on the availability they provide the early check in. I booked garden view room ( with balcony and centralised heating during winters) 1. The room has sufficient space(neither too big nor too small) 2. Hot water is available 24/7 3. The room heater really saved me in the minus degree temperature but the one of the drawback is it will be available from 4 p. M( most of the tourists spend their day time exploring, i think they provide after 4 p. M) 4. I really loved their hospitality, from check in - check out they are welcoming with a pleasing smiley face. Even after checking out they allow me to keep my language at the Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ) for a few hours. 5. The Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ) garden view is really good.

The Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ) was amazing, the staff was cordial, respectful and helpful! the services were on point! we had booked a super deluxe room, and the views from there were mesmerising! the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job at maintaining cleanliness! we had opted for both dinner & breakfast, and well they offered a great variety in both veg & non-veg food and also very tasty food was served at all times plus with live music setup! all in all manali is great, but snow valley resorts made it very amazing and memorable for us! plus as a welcome gift they surprised us with a cake which happened to be on the same date as on my mom’s birthday, making it more memorable! would recommend this Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ) to anyone who’s going to manali! value for money, great service and such a great Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts )!

I stayed for two nights as a family of 4adults (2 senior citizens) and 2 kids. Pros: 1. Maintained and clean rooms 2. Reasonable spread for breakfast and dinner. 3. Quality and taste of food is mostly nice. 4. Responsive team of house keeping. Cons 1. If without a personal ride or car then a bit far from mall road. No means available to reach mall road or any other area available at or near property so have to walk(though downhill slope while going so ok) faced difficulty with kids and elderly. 2. Evenings are a bit boring at property as nothing is available for entertainment apart from a limited game room. Suggestions can arrange for some light music or ljve performance with bonfire for resident guests in evening.

Room and the food was of good quality. But food items were limited in number you wouldn’t get much variety of food. The location is good when we consider scenic beauty but is bad when we consider connectivity to other places it is far away from manali bus stand and no drop service is provided by the owner, you have to arrange it on your own. Services are average because basic things like hair comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair oil nothing was given even after calling.

The location of the property is the hero! just 5 mins from mall road and 5 mins from hidimba temple. It's encircled with pine trees and is beautiful to look at. The food tasted good but the breakfast buffet was very limited. The staff was very good and jolly. The rooms could do a little more with the cleaning. Overall a nice stay with family.

The snow valley resorts is located in a prime location with a fantastic mountain & forest view. Food is delicious, staff behaviour is very good & polite. We have booked s pl duplex which is a very very good room. They have also provided a big room heater which became us very comfortable in the winter season. Over all this is excellent property in manali.

Hotel in a good location you will get car auto easily, all major tourist location is nearby, family friendly Snow Valley Resorts & Spa (A Centrally Heated Mountain Side Resorts ). Room was warm we had a wonderful stay. The staff is good. Food is also good. We were lucky the same day a snow fall happened. You will feel like you're in heaven.
