Food was good, location near snow view point tht is positive point

Hotel was big hight i was not checkin hotel bad location 10000 thousand rupees pay the hotel rooms not refundable

I have booked the room for 23_24 in snow view huts. But once i called them after reaching the nainital. The manager says that u don't have any booking here. So the whole night i have spent in my cas with family. Pols refund my amount. Even i have logged the call and create the complaint manytimes but no resolution so far.

It is 20min drive away from mall road & dirty rooms, blankets. All details mentioned were wrong

I liked the food most, service was also good. View was also good from the balcony. But room quality was average.

01. Poor location 02. Poor staff behaviour 03. Rooms was not clean 04. Geyser was not working. 05. Took 40 per liter for hot water.

Bathroom very bad tv not available fan also not available morten also not available in my room. My family late night chek in that wise i am not take pics

1- no electricity 3 hours on 1st day 12 to 3 pm, 2- no tv in any room but he enjoy tv in his office, 3- no proper water supply in rooms for washrooms in my personal opinion n experience is don't go in this hotel.

Very expensive food menu and food quality is very poor. Room condition is very bad in terms of hygiene. Location is outer area.

No hot water / no manners of taking from owner side / location is very far from mall road / no amenites in room / no maintainance of room

Food is very cheap and 3rd class so don't book with food ever and rooms. 3 km above from nainital. You have to book bike for every-time you came down to drop you back at hotel. Here is no room with lake view. It's like tent rooms..

Room service very bad, matters unhygienic and blanket. Bathroom locked broken

The owner was charging irrelevanr amount for basic services. There was no mirror in the room for changing. Geyser was not working. Towels, soap, water etc. Basic needs were not provided. I had a terrible experience there.

Hotel mentions that the property was around 920m far from the mall road , but the hotel was 3 - 4 km far from the Mall road. and there was no connectivity to the market or any thing worst hotel 🏨 I must say worst hotel

The room, the washroom even the bed itself, no hygiene or the fact of basic cleanliness wasn't followed. Whatever picture was shown doesn't match the room's. Although this was my first every trip this has to my worst trip experiencev. The money just wasn't worth the room, the area or remotely the stay. This is like i am regretting to be honest, i deserve a refund.

It was an honorable movement, when i reached the nainital and tried to reach him there phone was switched off, finally i reached the hut but the room is too bad no amities in hut even not good service.

Hotel room are very badly maintain, small room unhygienic washroom. Whoever came here face same problem. I family came at night at 2 am they also not satisfied with hotel, picture they upload and room they got also insect was thier in room

Excellent food gud behaviour room is also clean the staff is very polite and the service is also fast but there is little noise in the room but overall the place in excellent
