I have stayed there for a night with my 5 years old son. Stay was amazing and it was truly luxurious. Location: near to trident and us visa walkable from nee-ta am-bani cultural center airport 30mi distance. In the heart of financial hub, bkc, bandra. All auto, taxis can reach there Sofitel Mumbai BKC: great ambience huge lobby with lots of lights two restaurants on ground floor swimming pool is nice and clean. Check-in and checkout was smooth, thanks to mr. Dev. Rooms: specious room but lot of trendy furniture. Unfortunately there is big sofa near window, so you can sit but have to look behind, so sitting near window and having tea is missing they can rearrange that furniture. Room has refrigerator with snacks and soft/hard drinks but chargeable also other snacks for kids again chargeable. Make some space between tv showcase and bed. Use wall mounted tv. Room service is fast and housekeeping girl was polite (thanks miss akshata/akshada, she guided us in using room features. Room has big bathroom with bathtub and privacy for washroom and shower as well. Food: i personally feel food is very costly and they should reduce the rate. Person will definitely book the Sofitel Mumbai BKC for stay and hungry too so they will order but cost is way too high. Normal one bow hakka noodles and stir fried vegetables cost me inr 3470. 00 this is too much considering the location. Outside swiggy/zomato food is not allowed. Restaurant is also bit costly. I would suggest to reconsider reducing prices, not doubt services are at par best but food cost will create negative impact on tourist and they might avoid eating in Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Where you can go by staying in the Sofitel Mumbai BKC: 1. Check if there are any events in nmacc (nita am-bani cultural centre) 2. Check if there are any events for kids in jio garden, you can visit there 3. Plan tour to linking road for road-side shopping, mount merry and band stand. 4. Bandra-warli sea link road travel. 5. Excellent Sofitel Mumbai BKC. We booked 4 rooms on our business trip. Rooms were huge, very clean and had lounge access. Beds were very comfortable and washrooms were excellent. Since we booked the Sofitel Mumbai BKC late in the night for the same night check-in, we got excellent deal with mmt. If we get the same deal in future during our mumbai visit, will definitely stay as regular room rates are too high for the obvious reasons. If budget is not a constraint, then, this is the Sofitel Mumbai BKC one can choose in mumbai.

The location is good for us consulate visa applicants, food spread is good, risotto i ordered could have been better, rooms are well appointed although the beds are placed diagonally and there was a mosquito, motorised curtains, bathtub is cool, separate bath and wc concept i loved, room and housekeeping services is good but can be hastened, food in tuskers veg restaurant was awesome rajasthan kadhi, bhindi do pyaza, aloo tikki and rasmalai was yummy although too premiumly priced, check in and check out was cool.

I had a good trip to mumbai courtesy, my stay at sofitel. Located in bk c is a plus point. We had stayed there for 2 days. They could ve given us complementary breakfast as we are makemytrip customers. Shelling a good amount for room with no complementary breakfast made no sense. In addition to that, there are rules of not bringing outside food. So you ve gotta pay another dearly if you ve gotta eat there itself. Makemytrip customers need to find another Sofitel Mumbai BKC nearby for food purposes.

It was very pleasant & comfortable stay at Sofitel Mumbai BKC sofitel. The staff was very cooperative & humble. The rooms was extremely clean & amenities aware well maintained. Task-er restaurant food quality was excellent. Breakfast food quality was beyond expectations. Overall the stay with family was very excellent. Us visa centre is very near to this property.

The fact that the cheapest room type is called "luxury room with king size bed and bathtub" speaks to how luxurious this Sofitel Mumbai BKC is. The staff is friendly and polite. The quantity and quality of food is not up to the mark though. We ordered veg biryani for in room dining (costs around 1800 with taxes) and the quantity wasn't even enough for one person.

5. I moved it late at night and they accommodated me. It was completely a fantastic stay, clean room and facilities. Gymnasium, pool and spa to explore. You can even enjoy the lobby if you're bored to stay in room. For visa students i'd highly recommend.

We have booked a twin room with bathtub thru mm t but got only 1 room with twin bed. Lol. Property is well located in bk c and its 5 star.

It was a great relaxing stay. Loved every second that was spent there. The food was amazing so were the rooms and the pool. Very good staff.

Sofitel Hotel is one of the best place for stay i found in Mumbai kurla near US consulate. Staff of this Sofitel Mumbai BKC is like a family they always come forward to help on a single call. Food was full of taste with lot of choices. Fully cleaned rooms and washrooms i found in this property.Must try once whenever any one visit overthere😊😊.
