Early check in denied due to their made up rules

The check in time was ofc 12 pm but it was mentioned that early check in up to 3 hrs prior could be done if the room was available but they didn’t let us even when the room was available when it clearly mentioned . And the receptionist said it was in according to MakeMyTrip rules not theirs rules like what does that mean !? If it was the case they should have clearly mentioned in the store page of their property , very misleading of them and they even demanded EXTRA money for early check in . Very unprofessional of them

Parking fascility is good but the non ac category room has no any wardrobe to put the luggage, celling fan has not satisfied quality all the fan blades are full of dust, when turn on fan the dust particles are spread all over the room..the room is full of conjusted...no tv is included...

i stayed for 2 nights , the room are tidy , and the one gave the key to us was very nice and friendly . Just the room we booked with a private bathroom the shower was not working and other then that the stay is worth the money .
