No service was provided, nor was I spoken to properly. They charged me additional fees for early check-in twice without informing me. I would never advise anyone to stay here—it was the worst hotel experience . I want my additional charges refunded.

The location of this hotel is perfect — just as mentioned on the website, it’s only a 10-minute walk from the Mahalakshmi Temple. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and both hot and cold water are available for bathing. RO drinking water is accessible 24/7. The staff members are polite and cooperative. Good food options are also available within a 10–15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

very poor staff, my booking was on 18/060/2025, I check in early morning at 7.30Am , & check out on that day only in evening at 7pm , they staff on reception is very teribale they demanding me for extra 180/200 Rs. that actually my booking was already paid amt. 732 rs. & they are demanding me for extra money charges of early checkout fee, very disgusting & poor fuckall staff & reception managements & leader very bad is this any rule or way to demand for extra money, & calling me tiwsly continue for 180/200 extra money of early check out , very bad staff &very bad service don't visit to this hotel very bad staff & reception peoples their demands very useless & hope less

This property is an old one. Rooms are small. Old beds. Bedsheets and Chadars were uncleaned and used ones. They changed it when strongly demanded. The toilet was also old and had stains on it. Shower was not working. No toiletries were provided. Unhygienic washroom overall. No packaged drinking water was provided. Overall a very poor stay.

The early check in is greeted by a charge which is okay but room is very bad and water is bot available. Staff is not friendly and overall the worst staying experience.

I booked for 2 days for this hotel but rooms and services not upto the mark hence i requested to hotel and make my trip i check out within 1 day and request them pols reversal my 1 days booking amount but both are not supporting to me next time ensure not use make my trip app for any services bcoz i booked the hotel with the trust on make my trip but they unable to help me it's very shocking

Good place if you come for ambabai darshan. Only 10 minutes walk from temple. Also 500 per night with good clean rooms

I have booked the room from make my trip but they didn't informed me that there is no washroom inside the room washroom was common for all rooms and it was so terrible and uncomfortable for using common washrooms. I will request that kindly inform your clients about this issue coz it is so hard to find another room on that day over all rooms was ok but this washroom issue gave lot of disappointment

Stay is not pleasant, housekeeping is very very poor, washrooms spray broken, no hygiene maintained. Staff is okok. No food available. Bed sheets not cleaned used one. Door lock manual that too very hard to lock so no safe.

It was good experience but there is only one issue that the hot water bath is only available in morning only and if you come at afternoon or evening you need to take bath with cold water. Also toilet bathroom are common.

I am an old customer of solanki guest house. I find it very comfortable stay over here. Little bit glitch of communication at the beginning at counter has extremely well handled by make my trip executive. Clean rooms, cooperative staff are the added advantage

For a/c room this is the budget friendly stayed nice option in this budget, grit place to visit.

This guest house is average but facility is not available about parking about toilet washrooms is also not very good. About hot water is also not available. People service is also not available.

Very nice rooms as per budget and also very good service. Everything is outstanding as compared to my expectation.

Dirty rooms

The location of guest house is good. Hotel staffs are not friendly. Rooms are unhygienic we found cockroaches on the bed and washroom was not clean. The rooms are old just had some renovation over it. Even after taking extra person charge they didn't provide extra bed for the person. Tv in the room are old and don't work. Overall experience was poor.
