It's an old property with old age bathrooms, electrical fittings and furniture. But the positive sides of the property compelled me to ignore the negatives. I booked 2 sea facing rooms for my family. The view was amazing. the rooms are big and the beds are actually king size. I didn't use the pool, but it was clean and they cleaned it daily. Soma Beach is awesome. The foods are great and I found their foods are actually cheaper and better than the Hawa/Kovalam beach restaurants. Overall it was a very good stay for my family vacation.

The resort location is super with private beach, we can have good view of beach from our room balcony, the water waves and their soothing sounds fill us with happy mood. The food was ok but not great.

The stay was good . The location is very good as well. The problem is with the lifts not being available for senior citizens. Also if we order food in the restaurant, they take hours to prepare and serve.

The Stay was comfortable, but service was little slow. View from room was perfect. Ambience was awesome. Rooms are little old, AC remote was not working perfectly. Food quality was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay but it could have been better.

Place is good and clean. Breakfast also good. Beach views are good. But restaurants staffs are not friendly. I called to order food with roomservice, but he hanged the phone in the middle of conversation.

Loved the stay at Soma Palmshore..Food is good, staff is friendly and rooms are spacious with a good view..washroom can be a bit better..they had good ayurvedic spa too..

Amazing experience, the stay, the food and most importantly the view ,and a very helpful and cordial staff. Enjoyed our stay. Just that the bathrooms setup is a bit odd....but it can be ignored given so many plus points.

Stayed in July 2025.Very relaxing ,soothing place . Neat,clean . Nice pool. Food was very good..fresh,tasty. Pleasant ,sweet,helpful staff especially at the restaurant. Special mention for the manager - exemplary. Their ayurveda centre on the top floor was very good. Overall my stay here was wholesome & much better in terms of experience than at Leela covalam.

Room was comfortable. The food was very tasty and the swimming pool was fun The bathroom was very small and little bit uncomfortable. There was no complementary dental kit .

Clean and Good service and friendly staff. Food was tasty even it takes more than half an hour to get.
