Amazing resort for stay and spa, highly recommended for couples and for the family.

Front office is not good, it took 45 minutes for checking in, the restaurant is too expensive and only vegetarian food is available, checking in and out timing is not as per my booking details, asked me to check out at 10am

The staffs were truly professional, infrastructure ambiance and everything healed us from within. The vegan spread of food was really tasty and tempting. Our room had a beach view and was perfect for the weekend getaway

We had a very relaxing stay at the place. The location, ambience and hospitality, all put together made this stay a memorable one. The chef curated meals for us while support staff made us feel comfortable. The scenic beauty was mesmerising. Would love to come back to this place.

The stay at somatheeram was amazing. I went with my mom and dad and it couldn’t be any more perfect. Right from the time we stepped into the property to our exit, the entire staff was extremely humble. We loved their hospitality. Both somatheeram and manaletheeram are beautiful properties. Our cottage was upgraded because it was off season and it was near the inflinity pool. I loved the pool water, it was very clean without chlorine. The property is filled with natural breathtaking spots where you can just sit for hours in silence and relax. Their yoga and meditation retreat was very good with highly qualified teachers. The food was very tasty and healthy. We didn’t expect the food to be this good. Both my parents loved the food so much that they didn’t feel homesick even for a day which is big deal for middle class typical indian family. I used to sit in hammock for hours and read my book. We went for ayurvedic massage as well. The doctors there were extremely patient. We loved the massage. Also there was a live flute performance which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our stay couldn’t be any more perfect

Delicious food. Endless care. Great cottages with wonderful views. Caring kind staff and Ayurvedic clinic facilities. Relaxing environment. Lovely pool. Once again, delicious food! Right on seaside for dips or a scenic walk. or hauling in the fishermen’s catch in early morning (except Sunday). Very happy days!

I booked a special cottage with sea view but i got a room in secluded building on ground floor with graveyard view after spending 5 hours they gave a cottage with no view

We got complementary upgrade to our room with sea view. Service and staff were really good. Ayurvedic treatment was awesome and rejuvenating. 5 on 5 stay

The overall ambience is good and great hospitality.

The stay was cozy with mouth watering food and lavish scenary. The hospitality was great and pool facilities are neat and clean.

Location is great near to beach, food was excellent and healthy. Must visit all kinds of group. Couple, family, friends

Nice ambience overall. Calm and peaceful. Swimming pool is good. Staff behavior is good. Cottages in concept and design are good. But the rooms are small and become old and need renovation. Air ventilation not good. Bathroom does not feel spec clean. Dingy feelings. Most disappointing was food. Very poor in terms of options quantity and also quality. Overall the whole experience does not feel worth the money.

All ambience and quality is very god

I was a bit apprehensive when I made the booking, but when I reached the resort not only was the security guard polite and following the COVID guidelines but also read kind enough to escort us to the lobby. The staff at the reception welcomed us with some refreshments while we were being checked in and provided us with a guide to the restaurant and the events happening in the evening. The room service staff was excellent and polite throughout our stay. The only thing that we missed having was the massage which we were excited to get but due to the COVID situation we needed a test done 72 hours before checking in to get the massage which did disappoint us but the staff were kind enough to accommodate a massage appointment after our checkout once we did the tests. All in all an amazing place right next to the beach. I surely will visit this place again! 😁

Was forced to vacate the room as i didn't take any treatment from there, by FOM.before check-in time he didn't explain the hidden criteria that the guest should take the ayurvedic treatment. His( FOM Sujeesh) behaviour hurt me and he treated like a slave when I rejected the treatment. Not everyone in the cottage was same. The people around him was very polite except this man. Felt like, someone is going to attack me, when he knocked the door. That knock was hurting and disgusting. Security asked unwanted questions when I went out at the time of 10 pm, he told like this is the rule like, you have to inform to them or to front office at what time you will leave and be back, that time felt like a jail. One security man also showed some bad attitude when we wrongly enter into the other area of the cottage. Faced difficulty to reach there. As there is some maintenance work was in progress over there. Rest everything was just awesome.

Absolutely nice food to eat and cleanness is also very good.

Experience with the hotel was great. The food system for the guests and the patients can be separated because the food was not suitable for kids. The welcoming of the hotel staffs was good.
