The hotel is situated at a very convenient spot. The staff was very helpful, polite and well behaved. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure staying at this property and I will definitely visit again and also recommend my family and friends to visit.

The breakfast was good, drinks in the bar were at reasonable rate. Bartender was also very friendly. Pool was very clean and not over clorinated. Room was also clean and good. The staff were helpful. Also, they provided packed breakfast per person as we have to leave early. Overall good experience.

Love the Rooms!

The location was quite convenient and easy to get around from. The food was tasty and had good variety. The staff were really polite, easy to talk to, and very helpful throughout the stay. Only small drawback was that parking is in a separate location, so I had to walk back and forth each time, but apart from that it was a comfortable and pleasant experience

We stayed for 3 nights. First of all there is no lift, which was a bit disappointing. Parking was almost 500 m away from the resort location, which was again disappointing. Rooms size is good, but the rooms and furnitures were old. Breakfast spread was very limited. Overall, I will rate it between 2.5 out of 5

Namaste Mr. Mihir Shah, Thank you for choosing Somy Plaza and we appreciate your feedback. We do not have elevators as we are only a ground plus 2 floors in the hotel for most blocks. We also always ensure seniors are provided with lower floor rooms if requested. We are amongst the few 4 star hotels with a private parking for more than 25 cars which is in our neighboring plot, less than 100 meters from the hotel. You would walk three times this at any decent 5 star resort in Goa from your room to the breakfast restaurant. So we dont understand the grievance here. Further we have a large variety on fresh fruits, juices, cereals, North Indian and South Indian vegetarian dishes, including freshly made dosas etc cooked live and hot, fresh eggs served on order prepared at site, for our daily breakfast, which changes every day. We also cater to special request when needed so we are surprised you found the breakfast lacking. It is possible you expected to stay at a 5 star paying 3 star rates. The facilities and stay are good. The hotel may not feel as upscale as it seems from the photos, but it's still decent. it's just that it's not as good as a few others out there in the same price range. the staff however is very co-operative and the food is also quite good.
