Cold shower, holes in sheets. It was difficult to lock my door as the key didn’t work very well. I don’t recommend this place

Room was terrible, Internet was not working. They had only tamil channels. they didnt gave any chair. no soap, no brush. view was terrible it was facing someone's washroom

Room are not so clean.But ok for short term.But the location is very near to the bus stand & Railway station.Food is also available near the stay.

The room provided by the hotel was not safe and not stayable. Please find enclosed photos of the condition of the room. The main switchboard is placed on the bedside table. And the complete bare wiring to that switchboard is sandwiched between the bed and wall. Also the wires are hanging open inside the bedside table.  If any short circuit happens, you can imagine what will happen to the guests sleeping in the room.

Restaurant was not there...but nearby restaurants were available and it was very near to main road

Toilet is not good windows are damaged hot water not available in morning.

worst experience, room was so much of dust, bathroom door not yet closed. there is no fan regulator

Rooms are untidy with a bar in the enterence.

It's a lodge, but named as hotel. No hot water in evening. Blankets and pillows are dirty. Cigarate smell in corridors and room.

It was an average stay..the room was just ok. It gets really hot during the night so it will be better to book ac rooms.

we 4 family stayed there one day.room toilets was neat and clean.wifi not working.3rd floor coridor waste materials was dumbed.common heater water tap not woring..hot water service lagging....it has to be improve. early checkin 9.30am, they have charged 500 per room. for budjet accomidation it was good. inbuilt restaurant not available in this property.but Bar attached. location nearby main road is good. but no parking facility for tempotraveller. my general feed back is ok..

Property is not as good as expected. Property have Bar in 1st and 2nd floor. 3rd and 4th floor Hotel. It is not advicable to Family stay. but Location is center of Mettupalayam. But most impartantly staff are very very very good. Because of their CoOparation we can live comfortbly. They arrange auto to Toy Train station midnight at 2.30 AM . We are glad of that and thank full to that arrangement.

The property location is good, the rooms are satisfactory, the toilet is ok, normal water is no issue only a problem with hot water, it is provided in the morning, but it is just normal hot water. For food there are plenty of nearby options available. Overall it is an average hotel. For catching the toy train, it is a good option in budget.

Our stay was terrible. There is no hot water. No parking. Not clean. Ugly bed and bed cover. Never i recommend anybody to there. I would like to forget that horrible moments when i stay there

The hotel room was clean and the size of the room is good for the fare But the bathroom taps weren’t working and the tubs were not clean… I would rate 3 out of 5

Soorya international hotel is known to every one. There is no difficulty in finding hotel. We can't get such a spacious room with good furniture in other hotels. The price is reasonable. It is worth to be called international hotel. I suggest every person who wants to stay in mettupalayam has to choose this hotel.
