Had good stay at the Soorya Residency. The Soorya Residency has one entrance for it's bar and restaurant and for Soorya Residency accommodation also, which lead me directly to the reception of the bar. Later, I was directed to the reception of the Soorya Residency. Instead, I suggest the reception for Soorya Residency accommodation be at the entrance and the other for bar and restaurant be at upstairs, or elsewhere sir. It's only a suggestion for better business. Kindly explore the possibility of the Idea sir.

We found it a little difficult to locate the Soorya Residency as we reached by 10.30 pm, as the road was practically empty with no one to check up, in spite of Google map. The entrance from ground floor is a little congested and we have to climb the steps to first floor to access the reception. The staff was very courteous. Rooms and wash rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice room with super space. But they had to update the bed/mattresses. Good AC, clean room. Staff are nice. But food was bad, I ordered chicken manchurian. Good quantity, but chicken was not cooked well. I got fresh meat like chickens. So, I ordered from outside. Otherwise stay was good. Front office staffs are really nice.

Hotel was well located in the town with a 5 mts walking distance to the main busstand. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and economical. No much hygiene issues were found. Room was maintained well. . Wifi was provided and the staff was very friendly and well behaved.

The availability of hot water, and clean washroom. Made us satisfied, however if a small packets of toothpaste would make us really happy. It wasn't in the washroom package. Everything else was good clean, calm place, got good relaxation from City noise.
