Stay, hospitality is fine but complimentary breakfast menu is minimal and needs variety like other hotels serving.

not stayed. while entering the reception we welcome by drinking local people. they all are infront of main entrance talking bad words. we didn't take the room, lost the entire amount

I took a non AC room. Rooms are old and no renovation done. but ok if we can adjust. ample parking. 12 mins walk to temple.

Overall, the hotel is nice and the team is very supportive. However, the rooms we got look a bit old and not very well maintained. The sofa and chair cushions, in particular, need some upkeep. The toilet flushes are not working properly, and it would be better if the toiletry amenities were improved.

They gave us very old rooms. Breakfast was pathetic. Never recommend for family. Not value for money.

Complimentary break fast please add some egg or live dosa. Also wish to change the bathroom fittings.

we have ordered fir the dinner in the Resturant, we where not served our whole order till 10:15. I recommened for the room, and amenities in the room. But I strictly not recommend for the Food with the booking.

Property is truly a heritage experience — and by that, I mean everything’s so old it should probably have its own museum tag. The furniture and fittings might have seen more history than I have. And oh, the LIFT — I think it was installed back when dinosaurs roamed. Every ride feels like a time travel adventure (with a 50/50 chance of returning)! 😄

Stay was perfectly alright, location is good to temple darshan in all time. Convenient to access buses and taxis

Ambience ..good Resturant food south indian is also good. Service ...good. Improvement is required for arranging auto to go to temple.👍

Booked through the MMT app and they gave us a wheelchair accessible room, in which all amenities where personalised for handicap person, ( washbasin , toilet bowel too low)whereas we didn’t request these. Then late night we had to change rooms, which was even more frustrating as the new room wasn’t ready with even the basic things like toilet tissues. Positive fact is staff had no hesitancy to arrange new room. Hygiene wasn’t great... I will not recommend this hotel for any of my friends, sorry.

The stay was good and the room was also okay. I felt the room was not that clean. I have booked a premium room but felt it wasn’t that worth experience. The fridge was not working and ac was also not functioning properly. But I really loved the room aesthetic.

location,food, amenities & service is very good but the maintenance should be improved inside the room.
