Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels

I booked the Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels on 22nd and reached late evening. Location: location on google maps is accurate. You can catch a bus from highway and get down at hinjewadi chowk stop then its 5 min walking distance, autos generally are too expensive. Checkin: checkin process was very smooth. The caretaker was very prompt and helpful. My room was upgraded without even requesting. Room: room was clean. Hot water through geyser was available. No bugs in room which was my main concern with other Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels reviews i saw. Toilet was well cleaned which is a plus. Although the bedsheet were washed, they were old so had faded colour so would be better if they replace those. Accessories: they provided toothpaste, soap and shampoo sachets which was good. Room. And bathroom had mirrors. Enough place to hang clothes in room and in bathroom. Tv was working and had many paid channels also available. Cons: ac was not working. Although i didn't complain as it was cold climate so it was not required but you may check before you checkin. The sink in bathroom was too small was difficult to use as the tray above it hits the head maybe it can be shifted around.

Extremely clean and comfortable, the staff were gracious and helpful. I thought the breakfast was complimentary but it was chargeable. Location was great but not easy to locate, we reach to the location with the help of the Google map, but it's a very calm and peaceful place. They provide all the basic facilities like shampoo, soap and many others. Would recommend to others. I would suggest improving security over the property.

Excellent management for social distance and very good room facility available for us. Management staff is to good for helpful hand. I experience was pretty much goods. I almost come to visit this Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels in every alternative months. Not cause any issue with it. Excellent experience to be stay with it

The location was very easy to find, it was in the residential area. It was a very comfortable stay. The facilities, services and the room were up to the mark. The property was safe and clean. The caretaker was also very nice. Food was available at the property and it was good in taste. Property can be recommended to others.

The place is really nice and location wise is good too. The rooms were worth the money and spacious. The breakfast was really good and tasty. The staff were good and helpful. Earlier i checked into a non ac room which was uncomfortable so i paid extra and shifted to a ac room.

This was a proper bhk appartment with balcony. We found it really nice as we washed our clothes and dried them in balcony on a stand which they only provided. There was a small freeze also in room but we did not use that.

Awesome service apartment I have never seen. It is a good Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels with super amenities, good location, awesome room service etc. Totally the Sorrento homes, apartment and hotels was awesome.

All facilities were nice to have.
Good location. I disliked that water bottles were not free of cost and air conditioner was not provided.

The overall stay was good. No issues faced while locating the property. The food was not that great but, breakfast was nice. The property is recommendable

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Sorrento. Its value for money. Moreover its near to chowk, so easy access to park.

Clean rooms, good food and good housekeeping on property caretakers are also accommodating

Rooms were great and food taste like its home made. Great experience, proximity to it hub Hinjewadi makes it accessible.

We were given a studio apartment room, which was specious and great. Also, the behaviour of the staffs are great.

Good place stay, clean and neat place, location was good for me near highway as i have to travel to mumbai.

Location was a bit remote but accessible via autos, food is good, service is prompt.
