Perfect location. Room is small but well maintained. Hospitality is excellent in this hotel and staff is really polite and friendly nature.

As compared to the room rates the hotel rooms were pathetic. The walls were damp. Washroom was dirty, bedsheet and pillows were third grade. It was such a small room that we felt suffocated. All in all a highly charged bad stay @ soul haven on main

Not a good stay'

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in rishikesh. This was on the top of of the list of best experience. Staff was very professional and polite. I liked the location and beautiful river view from the lobby. Thanks you so much.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice. The staff was very helpful and nice people. The food was also pretty good.

It was very expensive and services were not great and worthy as per price. We were given a common washroom to use and hygiene and cleanliness were an issue. The restaurant don’t open till 1-2 in the morning so you have to find food out. Overall the experience was not great.

Rooms is very small and washroom is even smaller. No space in washroom at all to keep even a toothbrush. The washroom stinks very badly every-time you enters. A big no from my side for this. The price too is very high. Only location is good.

Never expected such a terrible experience from a hotel. It is not at all worth. Facilities are like a hotel worth rs 2000. Very small room and bathroom. Bathroom is very bad. Foul smell in room and bathroom. Bed sheets are not clean. Carpets seems to be centuries old. Shower doesn't work. And many more to quote. By paying rs. 22, 000 we at-least expect rs. 10, 000 facility. No parking available, lobby looks like a construction site. Wifi doesn't work.

The stay was well good and fascinating. But deprived from the shampoo and soaps.
