Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts

A short 3 days vacation to munnar. Booked in southern panorama resort. We have a very good stay. The rooms were neat and clean. From entry till exit, they made sure we were comfortable. They tried their best i would say. Farhan did a good job the resort is in a huge plantation of cardamom and tea. There are different types of room. We had booked 2 room cottage. Spacious room with a common dining area. Clean and neat restroom. There is a clean and neat swimming pool in the facility. Sound system beside the pool. Camp fire and live barbecue on request available. Coming to negatives. We requested for them to clean rooms when we were out for sightseeing. While collecting keys they assured us rooms were cleaned. But was not done. They need to up their service here. The restaurant is a bit expensive. They have a limited menu but still, prices are bit on a higher side. Food is good though. Excellent service in the restaurant. Sunil served us with care and passion. Breakfast which was complimentary as per our booking. Two days two different menu. Was wide spread and delicious. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Good experience in an nice property. Highly recommended. Price 4. 5 /5 vfm 4. 5/5 service 5/5

The property is located away from the main road, and the road is easy to miss, but the location is correct. Welcome and checking in was a good experience without much wait. Parking is limited; they take the car key from us to move cars whenever required, but they were responsible. Room was good with most amenities available that were offered, only bathrobes were missing, which we didn't really need. But the tv in the room was pretty much useless. Wifi wasn't great, but the place had 5g coverage (for jio, air-tel had 4g - aug 2023) and so the poor wifi wasn't an issue. They remind us about dinner timings. Food was great, though not cheap. Service was also excellent. Room service is really expensive with 15% service charge, so didn't use it. The property has uneven terrain and walking around is tiring, though they have a couple of jeeps at disposal, to take guests around for free, though sometimes there's a wait. Nature walk was included in the package, but that was just a waste of time and mostly for 'exercise, according to the staff. Overall a good stay experience.

The property is 24 acre and Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts is located among the cardamom plantation and small area of tea plantation. It’s serene and peaceful. It has lots flora and fauna around it. Located 11 kilometres before munnar from main road and 9 kilometres inside by-son valley, so it will take 20 kilometres to reach munnar centre. Property has wide variety of rooms. And has small activity and gym room, swimming pool, spa, buggy for room transfers, bonfire with music. My room had mountain view as well as swimming pool view, so morning would start with this view. There were rooms with rooftop seating experience also. Food was good and service was great. Had good variety and options. Seating options were also good. Swimming pool is good and being in midst of nature requires lots of cleaning every certain period. However the flooring was quite weird. Overall my experience was very good and this property requires little more maintenance to be true five star.

We stayed here for 2 days in jun e in a 2 bedroom cottage. The property is spread across a few acres of land and has different cottages at different height levels which offers an awesome view of the nature. The property is covered with cardomam and other spice plantations. Rooms were spacious with good decor. Bathrooms were clean with all modern amenities. Staff was very courteous and responsive to our requests. Food was amazing as well. Menu had a good amount of choices in the menu. The only are of improvement i suggested is to separate the shower area with the toilet through a shower curtain or glass to keep washrooms clean.

The property as such is very good, a very serene place to relax. We sit in the lap of beautiful green nature with lot of birds singing. Only downside was food quality and taste. As it is a secluded place this we were depending on the in-house restaurant (they also know it thus there was no Ala- carte available. we had to take buffet dinner only) Taste was not at all good even for South Indian dishes.

We stayed in wooden cottage. The view from the balcony was so mesmerising. Location wise i will give 10/10 also the staffs were friendly and supportive. When it comes to food, i will not even recommend to opt with breakfast. Being a keralite. I couldn’t imagine this bad the kerala cuisine could be. If you exclude the food i will definitely recommend the stay

The stay was amazing by the time i checked out, that being said it had few hurdles and confusions in the beginning but the staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and i will be forever thankful for that, the property is beautiful, the food is amazing, the staff behaviour was very friendly and cordial, will definitely recommend

Good rooms. Good behaviour from the staff side. Good food. Breakfast buffet was nice. The ambience around the Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts was super. And the swimming pool was cool. Nice location and environment. Even though the Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts is located in remote area.

The manager was so cooperative that they upgraded our room without any additional charges and we were quite overwhelmed with that even the additional staff too was very humble and responsive.

Access to the Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts is difficult and roads are very poor. Very expensive

Good staff behaviors, quick response for all our needs, neat and cleans rooms and restaurant.

Rooms were so comfortable and the ambiance was soo good.

Very exotic and calm stay. Very warm welcome with a pleasant face. From 1st step to the property we will start to experience their quality of hospitality

Nice place to visit with family and friends. One of the drawback is the approach road which is poorly maintained

It's very kids freindly with a children park. Quite atmosphere and highly recommend for nature loving families.

They provide a wide variety of food and even at night they will arrange a small campfire near the swimming pool. For families i would suggest it's the best option and you have lots of options for rooms as well.

Had a pleasant stay. Food in the in-house restaurant is good but slightly on the higher side. Rooms are good and a nice place to spend some time as it is a 6 acre resort.

Stay was good, rooms are clean, property has a good cardamom plantation and ambience is great. Staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Overall a good property to stay at munnar
