Our recent stay at southern star was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were impressed by the interiors that seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with comfort. Speaking of cleanliness, the Southern Star Bangalore surpassed our expectations. The rooms were spotless, and the linen was not only luxurious but also crisp and fresh, truly a delight after a long day of travel. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at their chinese restaurant at the ground floor. The ambience was inviting, and the food was simply divine. Each dish was prepared with expertise, offering a delightful culinary journey that complemented the overall experience at the Southern Star Bangalore. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that permeates throughout the Southern Star Bangalore. Overall, our stay at southern star was memorable and exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet homely experience.

Very good stay. Prime location and the amenities were worth for the paid price. House keeping service is awesome. Parking space is little bit conjusted. As they parked my vehicle on the parking lane on the road. Thats the only bad thing i have experienced. Parking space to be provided atleast being a 4-star property. Only those who stay for overnight they can park in front of lobby or else they have been changing the pakring place on the next road or government parking spaces provided in front of Southern Star Bangalore. Reception staff is much supportive. Mr. Amit is the best person placed in the reception. Overall its a pleasant stay as per the room cleanliness and maintenance. If you have no car to be parked more than a night.

My most recent stay at Southern Star Bangalore southern star bangalore was truly amazing. It is located in heart of city. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Southern Star Bangalore. Everything about the Southern Star Bangalore was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with all necessary amenities available at our disposal. I was extremely pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was my first trip to bangalore. As a family, we enjoyed the stay at southern star. One thing i disagree with them is that they are collecting our id copies of complete family. Otherwise, this Southern Star Bangalore served all our requirements with customer service at heart. When a customer book combo rooms for family, they need to ensure family requirement is served by arranging rooms next to each other. For me, they made wrong arrangements, but upon my request, supervisor arranged in a few hours. The dinner and lunch menu was a little costlier. Southern star is located at key location in central bangalore city with easy access to metro, cubbon park, museum and mall. The staff also show good attention to guests requests. Rice bowl restaurant as well as Southern Star Bangalore’s in-house restaurant with separate bar give you good food options. The restaurant team showed good care of our requirements may it be the breakfast or late dinner where we placed the last order for the day. Only challenge is car parking. They have parking for 2 or 3 cars max and they shuffle the cars parking them inside and outside through the day and night. Rest all good!

What a amazing experience! i booked the standard room and even got upgraded to a suite room to mark a perfect valentine's day celebration. The room was extremely tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. Was personally helped by spoorthi at the front desk, who was very friendly and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The Southern Star Bangalore itself is situated in a beautiful area of bangalore and is a must visit. Good budget, great value for money and excellent service. Would recommend 10/10

It is a decent place in the center of bangalore, with easy connectivity to all the major places to chill and hangout. Best things - 1) friendly staff 2) roof top restaurants 3) decent breakfast 4) have multiple eating options in Southern Star Bangalore itself. Things that could have been better - 1) room services(bath towels provided, other accessories. Everything was provided on request. And we have to pay for additional items that we want

I went to bangalore for an official work and booked this Southern Star Bangalore for 1st time. The stay was really amazing and all the team members are really very courteous & passionate. Zest which is a multi cuisine restaurant has more than 65 plus varieties on the buffet with a great taste. Surely will book this Southern Star Bangalore for my next visit. All the best to them and keep rocking.

Hotel room was very neat and clean. Check in and check out was easy. Food variety was good but taste was okay.

Whenever we checkin some or other items will be missing in minibar and also no towels, we have to ask. House keeping service should be improved when a guest checkout and checkin.

I enjoyed my stay at southern star bangalore. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food served at zest is top class. Situated at the heart of bengaluru, many prime locations are close to this Southern Star Bangalore.

My first stay at Southern Star Bangalore was a good experience, room was upgraded on request by front desk team, in-room dining had good variety of food items to offer, rice bowl was the must try being said its one of the oldest and famous restaurants in banglore, clean rooms, kind gestured staffs, good spread in breakfast buffet was all worth !

Good neat rooms , clean wash room , good food . I have stayed earlier at the southern star brand at Davangere and it was a good experience - hence I booked to check this Southern Star Bangalore in bangalore …Parking is sometimes an issue but good experience overall

The stay was pleasant and worth staying. The staff was very helpful and concerned. The Southern Star Bangalore premises was kept clean at all times. Although i found that two single beds were joined to make it double bed, and by doing so a gab remains at the joining which is not very comfortable, also found pricing on the higher side

Friendly reception desk, clean and well maintained room, bed linen and bathroom. Good restaurants and wallet parking facility.

Our stay at the Southern Star Bangalore was good. Staff, amenities, room and the food, everything was good. We had a slight problem with the ac which didn’t work very well during the night due to some problem at the backend, but it was resolved by the morning. Hotel management was kind enough to give a late checkout.

Great location, neatly maintained Southern Star Bangalore premises, clean corridors. Decent breakfast, three restaurants in house.
