Southwest Hotel

Super deluxe room says it has balcony but once checked-in the reception person said it’s wrongly mentioned. There’s no tea coffee maker. Once asked for the same they specifically mentioned guests need to carry with themselves ( where on earth was it mentioned). Bathroom drainage is poor, it gets clogged. I requested for a late check-in and a late checkout by 2 hours. Earlier over call they mentioned it’s confirmed but while checkout they charged 500 more for the same and created a fuss stating no one has confirmed.

The Southwest Hotel staff was good when it came to serving food, one thing i would like to advise is if someone is asking for coffee or water, rather than just giving it in a glass or a cup offer it with a small plate as a saucer also, this gives the customer a feeling of importance when the Southwest Hotel staff does this and this enhances customer experience

My stay was quite comfortable and nice. The employees of the Southwest Hotel are very friendly and helpful. I left my laptop's charger while checking out. While i realised, i was sitting on an airplane. When i called them, they readily agreed to send the charger through courier. This is a good Southwest Hotel.

Hotel is good, but in my room there is no service phone number or reception phone or any telephone. Bathroom was neat and clean, but there is problem with light you can’t use only one light at a time after switch on always there glow four light everytime. There should be a night bulb. But overall is good

The Southwest Hotel is a great stay overall, the location is easily accessible and convenient, along with that the food provided is good. The amenities need some improvement, the service is good and when called upon, the response of the staffs is quick.

The Southwest Hotel overall according to the rates was nice. A bit cleaner rooms would have been better. The staff was not friendly. There were mosquitoes as well. Most of the food in the menu wasn't available. Otherwise it was okay.

Good staff, clean room, privacy and car parking also availaible! comfortable and hassle free stay. Rooms and furnishing compact and cozy though washrooms need repair and renovation. Behavior of officials good.

Property is well located in near the Sec 13 Dwarka metro station. The tea from their kitchen is awesome and staffs are well trained and friendly. All good shopping malls are at walk step.

I stayed there for two days. Nice experience. But non friendly staff, room service is slow. A loo parantha was not tasty

Yes it was a very good experience for me as i am staying with my gf and only 1 thing which i didn’t liked is someone continuously coming to my door and knock and then disappear as soon as i open the door

super friendly staff, they even chaned my room to a superior one where i just requested for a chair . very supportive staff / reception. food was good and services were effocient and prompt.
