Stayed with family along with two kids for 02 days. Pros. 1. Overall a nice property in a posh locality in noida. 2. Spacious rooms with attached kitchen. 2. Well accessible by public transport. 3. Very hospitable helpful staff. Cons. 1. Lack of maintenance of items already provided in rooms like microwave, some electric sockets not in working condition. 2. Quality of food in kitchen could be better

I booked based on the ratings and higher price, assuming the higher standards. I booked the highest category available. Room was spacious and clean. Furnishings were old and did not look shiny clean. Bed linen was not crisp, generally it is after wash but i trusted that they would have given me the washed one. Room was completely closed with walls, there was a window and balcony, however, it was towards the adjacent house where people are staying so, curtains can't be kept open. Ultimately, it was a fully closed room and i wasn't quite comfortable with. I am not claustrophobic but still wasn't feeling well. On top, there was a stale smell in the room, which probably was from old wooden fitting/furnitures. I suggested to treat it as well as the room was closed and this smell was quite strong. Washroom was with old fitting but working well. Water stained accessories give it dirty look, this may need a cleaning or replacement. I had 4 meals there - i am satisfied with first two and did not like the second twos. I got a vegetable which i don't eat, so, at-least it should be communicated what is the menu for the meal. Second day morning, i asked for sunny side up but got witty french toast. Service wise, i saw the cleaning agents are coming everyday to clean rooms and property. Service was good, especially mr. Jaikumar- he is like one man army, wherever and whatever you need, he has it. I like the cutlery detailing they have. I met with the owner of the property and he is super humble. My comments above are not to discourage but to improve as to match the quality vs the price point. I may go back in future and ask to give me the room with no smell and some sunlight, which i saw the other side of my room. I wish good luck to the staffs and owner. Thanks

Very friendly and cooperative hosts

No sign board of sovereign regency. Faced difficulty in finding the location because of no boards. Neatness of bedding was average. Bathroom needs special attention. Staff was good and cooperative.

Host is marvelous and the food is tasty. Staff is very cooperative. Nice place to stay. Its value for money.
